Great place to get a a plaque made and they are pretty fast. We ordered 2 plaques on Tuesday and they said they will have it ready at the end of the week. We have gotten a few plaques here a number of other times and it was a great experience. It was done in a timely manner and the price was fair for the quality. The plaque came out very well and I was tempted to get my own plaque here hehe. But anyways I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a plaque.
They also do dog tags, plaques, acrylic & glass awards, desk & office signage, name badges, coins, decorative utensils, zippo lighters, decorative flag displaces, trophies and more. They have a great selection of items to choose from and engrave. Also they add a 10% military discount as well. Who doesn’t love that? Also I am all about supporting local business. The Engravers of Reno just told my 80 year old mother to get out of her store. The owner was extremely rude to her. My mom brought a small pendent in to Engravers of Reno on Monday 12÷17÷12. They told her that they could get the small pendent engraved for her grandson that said Love Always Grams. The owner told her that she would have it ready Wednesday 12/​19/​2012. My mom called Wednesday and the owner told her that it should be done that afternoon. My mom went down there Wednesday afternoon and the owner told her it was not ready maybe tomorrow. The sign said she was closed 12÷22÷12 through 12÷25÷12. My mom tried to tell her that she really needed it today and that is what she was told and that they were running out of time. My 80 year old mom also tried to let her know that she tries to stay off the road on the holiday season. She threw my mom out of the store and indicated that she did not care if my mom put it on the internet so that everybody would know not to go there and the customer service was beyond bad. She was very rude and I believe she was trying to take advantage of the elderly.
