Do not use. I spoke to owner twice waiting for a bid. He promised he would get it to me and did not call back. I will call BBB.

We are almost to Christmas and have the Contractors board along with county inspector and change orders and still have no resolution with Handyman Connection. We have quotes from general contractors to fix all the issues and HC won’t budge on anything even with his license on the line. Don’t use this company!

Several years ago I hired Handyman Connection to build a small workshop using my third car space in our 3-car garage. The workshop was a simple space needing counter tops, cabinets and a sink. It took over 3-months to do, was not complete, shoddy workmanship, lazy workers, left debris in our driveway during the entire three-months. I would never use this company nor recommend it to anyone!

This is great idea but the work I received was fair to poor. Unfortunately, it appeared fine at the time of service but once they were gone, the problems started to show up. Electrical work was substandard, the deck looks great but the excess wood was tossed under the deck in an effort to hide it. By the time I found out about the problems it was too late to complain. Painter seemed to be «on something» and blamed me for paint that didn’t dry properly. I get the feeling that the workers couldn’t cut it on their own and would not stand comfortably on their own. To be fair, I did not call the business to complain as it was many months, even years before problems appeared. I suggest caution. Prices were competitive.

The WORST experience I’ve EVER had to deal with. 1) They are WAAAAAYYY overpriced — I wanted them to paint an exterior portion of my house and they estimated it would cost $ 2,400(I got it done for $ 500 with a professional painting company), 2) the handyman that came to give me an estimate at my house said that I should let my husband decide if we were going to go with them or not(I’m guessing this was because I gave him a shocked look after his HUGE estimate… so now he’s sexist?!), and 3) after I called their Reno office to complain about this incident — which I honestly have NEVER done in my life — the secretary gave my cell phone number(taken from my file for the initial estimate) and GAVEITTOTHEPERSON I WASCOMPLAININGABOUT so he could call and harass me and leave a nasty voicemail on my phone… yeah, thanks for that… WTF is wrong with this business?! I then wrote a letter to the company headquarters telling them I would call the police if they continued to harass me by phone or by showing up at my residence. WORSTCOMPANYEVER!!!
