Moved from California to Reno and hit the jackpot when I found Interstate U-​Stor. Its such a clean, professional place! My unit is perfect. They are always willing to help with sweeping or moving items. My seond jackpot was that they offer a storage garage sale several times during the year! The office is outrageous especially for Christmas! Décor is fabulous! What a wonderful job they do. You can really tell that this business knows what they are doing! Every single person that works there is a professional. They really keep this property superb! Just heard that they are building an RV Storage down the road which I know will be the bet around! Keep up the good work guys, you surely know how to keep your customers happy, happy!

The staff is very friendly and the grounds are immaculate. The hours for access are wonderful and there were a variety of security measures in place to keep the units safe. There Is No Question. I will be back for the affordable units and wonderful service.

I have leased at several places throughout the city. The staff here are very pleasant and helpful. A major bonus is that they allow a storage-​wide «garage sale» that they even advertise for. Most units don’t allow this. Dennis is awesome! I believe he is the owner. Extremely friendly. They’ve let me use tape, dollys, and they have a truck they allow you to use. Very, very professional — they take the stress out of moving.

I would highly recommend this location of Interstate U Stor to anyone who needs storage space. My husband and I are using this storage temporarily as we are planning to move away from Reno in the coming months. Dennis has been exceptionally professional and helpful, along with Carlos and the rest of the staff. Anyone needing a lesson in how to provide exemplary customer service should see Dennis! The facility is also very clean and secure.

I recently leased a storage unit from Interstate for about 6 months. Staff and management (especially Dennis) were always very helpful and the facility always seemed clean and very secure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit in NW Reno!
