Juice Box Yoga

Juice Box Yoga has opened a second studio in Reno, called the Droplet! This location is in Northwest Reno, and it has the same trademarks that has made Juice Box the premier Northern Nevada Bikram yoga studio: Top-​notch teaching, passionate investment in the community, and a welcoming, fun, and beautiful atmosphere. This satellite location is a bit smaller than the main studio– but it’s mighty and offers new classes and new energy, perfect for your New Year’s Resolutions! New students are always welcome, and I can assure you older and creaky joints (mine included) benefit greatly from the warmth of the heated yoga room. Everyone’s sweaty and focusing on their own thing, so much of the drama/​hypercompetitiveness I’ve experienced at other yoga studios melts away in this environment.
–Men’s and women’s changing rooms are equipped with cubbies, lockers, and showers and offer benches to catch your breath after a challenging workout.
–Shampoo/​Conditioner/​Body Wash is available in dispensers.

The new studio has some ah-​mazing views of the snow-​capped Sierra Nevada mountains, right in the yoga room. The space is contemporary and energizing, with a full yoga boutique and the always-​friendly and helpful front desk staff. This studio also offers some diverse new fitness options in addition to the 90-​minute classic 26-​posture Bikram series. The offerings include Inferno Hot Pilates Vinyasa Motion and Hatha Yoga classes (all warm class, not hot), each clocking in at an hour, providing a great workout in a shorter time frame. The Vinyasa motion class is one of the best yoga classes around with great foundations for your practice, and Inferno Hot Pilates… what can I say? I’m still feeling the burn after my first class, but I loved it! What an awesome workout in 60 minutes.
