I have no complaints about this place. It’s the perfect place to tire my kid out when I’m in Reno running errands all day. This place is huge! With a large 3 and u see toddler area and a whole bunch of blow up slides and bounce houses. What kid wouldn’t love this place? It super affordable and I cannot wait to have my son’s next birthday here. I wish they had placed like this when I was little. I would have been in heaven! I’m so happy I found this place!

There’s plenty of jump houses but the kids got bored fast. My 8 year old was more interested in the toddler section where there was a ball pit & rock climbing. I’ve been to other similar facilities in Reno & would prefer those before this one. It’s mediocre.

This place is great and cheap! I take my 3 year old here all the time and he’s not the only one hitting the slides. There’s a cool spot for the younger kids too. I strongly suggest bringing your kids here. Every time I’m in reno, It’s a must. First Jump then whole foods.

Came for a birthday party. If I where a kid it would be heaven!

It is a big open room with multi family’s with no staff supervision.
Very few amenities aside from jump houses.
I would recommend this place for a kids party for sure. In the end it is about the kids and the love it!!!

10:10am and they are still not opened. Lot’s of impatient parents waiting outside with their kids in near 100 degree weather. No signs of closure. Thanks JMJ staff. This is very considerate.

We LOVE Jump Man Jump!!!

We checked the website which specifically listed open gym time in the calendar at 3 pm on the day we wanted to go. We called to double check 4 times but got no answer or return call. Sadly we decided to trust the website and we drove over 45 minutes on a rainy day with 2, 4-​year olds and 1, 2 year old who had been extremely excited since 10 that morning. Upon arriving we were told that they were not open as they had a birthday party. When we told them the website said they had open gym time, the response was «oh yeah, we don’t really keep that updated.» Both 4 year olds instantly broke down in tears. No offer of a comp visit, no effort whatsoever to rectify the situation even after asking if there was something they could do. Horrible customer service!!! We will NOT be back.

We ended up going here for spring break, me and my 6 year old. Its nice, seemed clean and had just the right amount of things to play on for the price. If the price was higher i would have expected alot more but for $ 5 bucks its a great deal. My daughter lasted about an hour and then had enough bouncing. I would go again if i lived in Reno but since im all the way in Carson City it may be a while before making the drive there. Still, a fun thing for anyone with kids to check out.

Jump man jump is a huge warehouse filled with bounce houses. We take our 2.5 year old daughter there for there drop in 10 – 1130 in the morning on occasion. It’s 5 bucks cash or card and they have a frequent jump punch card as well. She loves playing in all the jump houses and all the other kids. It’s clean and well maintained. They host parties however we haven’t had one there yet. They also have a under 3 year area for all the little ones. They don’t have to stress about getting bullied around by the big kids. Great nap inducer! I would recommend this to anyone with a kido!

Yes, they do not answer their phones. It took me 3 days only to reserve a birthday party. However, when we got there for our party, the place was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Big party area was great for parents to hang out.
The best part was that my kids (boy 10 and girl 7) enjoyed their party so much that they are already planning to have their next birthday party there again.
The whole experience was great, minus phone reservation.

I haven’t even gone here and I’m giving this place a one star review, why? Because I have tried all day to get ahold of someone to book my daughters birthday party, and I haven’t gotten a phone call or email back. How is it that NOONE is answering the phone or email during open business hours? Guess I’m spending my money on someplace else that actually cares about customer service.

We recently had our sons Birthday party here for the first time but we didn’t have the greatest experience. Upon arrival to Zone 1 which is where we were told to arrive, there was another group setting up for their party so I tracked down the onsite coordinators (in their office) and asked if there was a mix up but they were just as confused as we were. They immediately got on the phone with the owner (Trish) and ended up moving the other party to zone 2. We ordered the 90 minute party package plus face painting but halfway through the party, I realized that nobody was there yet to conduct the face painting for the kids so after locating the onsite staff (in their office again) I asked where our face painter was and I was told that she wouldn’t be there because something came up. Wish we would have known this ahead of time so that we could have made our own arrangements to have a face painter there for the kiddos. When it came time to cut the cake, we realized that we forgot our cake cutter so again, I tracked down the onsite staff to get a cake cutter from them and… you guessed it… I found them in their office (at least I knew where to find them this time). Just a suggestion but if you plan to hold a party here; ask to be placed in Zone 2 which is where the office is located that way you won’t have to go very far if you need anything… There was no help from the staff to help pass out cake or ice crème to the kids but they were axiously standing by awaiting final payment for the party. The facility appeared to be very clean and the staff is friendly but they need to stay out of the office, walk around making themselves available and ask if there is anything needed and ask if they can help with anything. They should be there to help drive more business with a smile and a helping hand but we experienced just the opposite. Not an effective approach on driving more business for Jump Man Jump… With some coaching and hands on advice from the owner (Trish) this could be a successful and enjoyable place to hold your parties for years to come…

We had my sons birthday party here and the place was super clean and had a great amount of things to do for all ages. The rooms are pretty good in size for a party of 20+. The only thing that really bothered me was the staff told me over the phone that our party was going to be in room one and once we had already unpacked and starting setting up everything on the tables they had told us we had to move to room 2 because they had another party that was going tone in that room? They should give a curtesy call to there customers ahead of time if things like that change. We didn’t have enough time to set up all our décor because of this. Also, I think they should have a way to announce when you need your party to go back to the party room so the host isn’t having to track everyone down. An intercom would be nice for this. Other then that, pretty cool place. Just make sure they have you in the right room before you start unpacking! ;)

Fun place for a birthday party. Lots of room for the kids to run around. Little chilly, but after the kids were running around for a few minutes, the temperature was perfect

I love this place! It manages to wear out my 4 and 2 year old really well. It sometimes gets a little crazy on weekends or school holidays, but when we go for open jump in the middle of the week it’s much more calm. Plus, $ 5/​kid is an awesome price for an hour and a half of fun.

I booked my son’s 5^th birthday party here just the other day. There is a $ 50 hold due before the party. We chose the bigger package so for 90 mins of jump time and over 10 kids, plus 30 mins in the party room the total came to $ 250. You can divide your time however you like. I think that is a pretty fair price considering they include décor and basic party necessities like forks, napkins etc. They even set it up and in blue and red for our Spider-​man themed birthday party.
They have a 3 and under only area for the smaller children so they aren’t trampled or knocked over by the older kids which is really nice. Its set up kind of like an indoor park. There I a huge ball pit. My 1 year old loves to burry himself in it! They play some pretty fun toons in the background completely appropriate for children while being fun for adults.
Some of the bounce houses have huge slides. I myself took part in the festivities and raced the kids going down. It was a lot of fun! We did have a problem with another party’s kids. They were being unnecessarily rough with our kids by pushing them down and making them fall over. One little boy was actually hurt. We expressed our concern with the employee immediately took care of it. She apologized for the other parents. (which wasn’t even her responsibility, the other parents should have.)
After the jump we had pizza, drinks, and cake. These you must provide yourself, but there is a refrigerator in the room to keep your stuff cold. Then my son opened presents. The employees took care of the rest of the clean up for us.
I definitely recommend coming here. They offer «free jump» days which basically means you can come in and jump without a reservation.

Worst company for birthday parties. My sons birthday is in a week and they decided to book someone elses party in place of ours and won’t do anything to fix it. Do not go here for birthday parties. What a joke! They don’t even deserve one star!

Birthday Party in the afternoon in the middle of June=sweaty miserable kids… really not impressed with this business. Parties at other places similiar to this are much more organized.

Awesome! They have an area for children of all ages that can hold their own head up. We took our child at 11 month and she had an amazing time. She went down slides, jumped in the bounce house, swam through the ball pit, and played dress up making lots of new friends. Best $ 5.00 you will ever spend.

Since Jump Man Jump is under new ownership and has made significant improvements I wanted to update my review. I met some of my mommy friends here. Our kids ages range from one to eleven and each of them had a great time. Jump Man Jump has added a fabulous new area for babies and toddlers that really offers activities for a wide age range. My one year old enjoyed age appropriate slides, rocking toys, play house, ball pit etc. There is even an infant area. The older kids in our group had fun on the larger bounce attractions. This new baby & toddler friendly expansion makes Jump Man Jump really stand out among the other bounce-​house type play areas in Reno.
Check in was efficient and professional. The whole play area is well maintained and there is a parent area with tables and chairs as well. They have gated off the inflation equipment to keep the kids safer which moms of curious toddlers can appreciate. There are still some climate control issues (dress warmly) but I wonder if that is just the nature of the building. There did seem to be a need for more staff around the very large facility. Overall though, I was super impressed and every child in our group had an amazing time. This is a fantastic place for an indoor play-​date meetup. We will be back often!
