Kathy Courtney is amazing! She was with us every step of the way in our home buying process. We had a difficult lending situation and Kathy was calling me constantly to keep me on track and ease my mind. I don’t know how I would have gotten through our 4 month nightmare with out Kathy! We are now in the perfect home for our family and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Kathy. She did things along the way that I’m positive no other agents wold have thought of and the way she constantly reassured us was such a blessing! I would and already have recommended Kathy to everyone I know!

This review is for Shannen Goodman of Keller Williams Group One. If it was possible to give a lower rating than one star(say a negative star?) I would do it. Shannen was the listing agent for a house we recently purchased in Washoe Valley. During the course of the transaction, some information came to light putting the truthfulness of the seller’s disclosures in question. We loved the house and wanted to make it work, but when requesting additional information from Shannen Goodman, we were provided with misleading and inaccurate reports which were not current, while the most pertinent(and also damaging to the value of the property) were denied us by Shannen, despite the fact she had them in her possession at the time of closing. She was required ethically and probably legally to provide these reports when requested, yet she chose not to, no doubt out of legitimate fear that it would quell the sale as it had before. This is a completely unacceptable and unethical way of doing business. The result is very significant repairs needed immediately to the home in several areas, which were certainly known to the seller apparently known to Shannen as well. I would caution anyone looking at a listing from this agent to be very, very cautious and don’t assume what you are being told is accurate.

Melanie Breuer is an amazing realtor. She is super knowledgeable and very nice and means business. She always gets back to you and is very attentive. She makes you feel as if you are her only client. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell your house. She made looking for a house, a pleasurable experience.

Amy’s review convinced me that Marshall was the agent that sounded best for me. And he was. This area is very difficult for my price range. Low inventory, lots of offers on each home. All of Marshall’s many years of experience meant my offer could be positioned the best possible way to get accepted. Marshall always responded quickly to calls and emails. When I would decide on a house to look at, Marshall didn’t delay in getting together to look at the house. We would look at a house and he would find areas of concern that I didn’t see, or solutions for other issues that hadn’t occurred to me. I am a senior who never expected to own my own home. Today I close on a perfect home for me. Throughout the process, I never doubted for a minute that Marshall was working in my best interest. MARSHALLJOHNSON — REALTOR Marshall is fantastic. From day one he’s been very attentive to our every need and desire in a house. Very patient taking us to house after house, even on Sundays. He never pushed us to see something out of our price range, and one time even questioned me, as to whether I really wanted to see a house that was at the top of our range. Made me stop and think… some people my take offense that, I appreciated it. I knew then that he really cared that we were happy, and not just a sale. We worked a Short Sale for 4 months — every time I pestered him for information, he had anticipated it and had already contacted the seller’s agent for updates. He stuck with us, advised us, listened to our impatience, and never once gave up helping us find our dream home — even advised us to keep looking, as he could tell the one we were waiting on wasn’t turning out the greatest for us(longer the short sale sat empty, the more ran down in condition it was — thus more repairs and more $$). Thank God for that — our ultimate home came on the market. Today we signed for our financing, the offer was accepted — and we have our dream home. Thanks to Marshall. This review is for Bryan Anderson, a terrific realtor with a great attitude. Wanting to take advantage of this low priced market, I looked at houses for more than 8 months before I found one to buy. Bryan put me on an autolist for the areas that interested me and the listings kept a’coming. Every few weeks, or whenever I liked something I saw, he made the time to take me around on my schedule. Bryan is many things that I like in a real estate agent. He’s laid back and stays out of my way, but is quick to research anything beyond normal that a client wants to know. I’ve tried at least a half dozen realtors, but will stick with Bryan, and refer clients to him from now on.
