Just found out the manager has now ILLEGALLY EVICTED TWO MORE PEOPLE! This lady is BEGGING for a class action lawsuit for illegal evictions… sleep tight, Lorraine, while you can… tick tock, tick tock… the wheels of justice may be slow, but your days are definitely numbered. You should NOT be in property management, NOT with THAT SHI**Y ATTITUDE of yours, AND not with your ILLEGAL eviction practices. Shame, shame, shame on you (what’s that? hold on, Karma’s calling you…).

This complex has the absolute worst management I have ever encoutered. The owner is very bi-​polar which makes it difficult to maintain a professional relationship as a renter. They do not clean their units completely nor do they steam clean the carpets or furniture prior to move in. But yet they still charge a non-​refundable cleaning deposit and will argue as well as hang up on you if you have any complaints what so ever after move in regards to any issues/​repairs. Most of the furniture is totally used and broken down in desperate need of replacement. They pick and choose who may or may not have pets based on their liking. The washers and dryers in the laundry room are in constant need of repair. I lived there for 2 months after relocating back from Ca. for work and could not wait to leave. Horrible experience all the way around!
