Great store! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable about the Lulu brand. The store was clean and well organized. I wish they had a larger men’s selection.

As with most Lulus the staff here are always friendly and helpful. Lulu clothes are very comfortable, but many fits/​designs are meant for skinnier people. Prices are pretty expensive, but I will have to say my lulu clothes last a long time and I do like that they have complimentary alterations.

So annoying. Second time I tried to shop here only to be harassed by the employees until I just put my stuff down and left. Learn not to talk AT people when they clearly are trying to get away from you. Literally everything I picked up to look at, they had a 2 minute story to tell me. Also maybe don’t obnoxiously snap gum in people’s faces. I guess I’ll shop online.

Anyone that knows me, knows that I am a Lululemon fan girl. When they first opened a Showroom in downtown Reno, I was ecstatic. So when they decided to close the Showroom down to open an actual STORE, I was all for it!
I have come in at least 4 times now and each experience gets better and better. Located where Talbot’s used to be, this blue gradient corner can not be missed. Summit has neutral, earthy tones throughout their buildings and adding this splash of color really made Lululemon pop out.
If you have never been to Lululemon, expect the high prices. But with those high prices comes quality workout apparel. The store is vibrant and you are greeted right away as soon as you walk in. Different pops of color surrounds the store, with a layout that is open and organized. Their signature leggings and pants are against the wall with a mannequin showcasing each pair. Right underneath are cubbies that are labeled with sizes and style names. If you know exactly what you are looking for then these labels are a god-​send. They also have a cubbies with their signature shorts almost smack dab in the middle of the store.
You are given a fitting room as soon as their «educators» see you racking clothes to try on. Educators will start you a room with your name right on the board which feels very inviting. I’ve always loved this about Lululemon. Educators are always there to help you with size and often check on how you are doing. Educators are friendly and are always willing to help with questions or sizes.
I am so happy that we now have an actual Lululemon store. I never thought that our small Reno town would ever have a store like Lululemon but I was wrong. Reno is growing and with this comes new stores and new experiences. I know I will be a frequent shopper here which is good and bad. Bad mostly because I have no self-​control when I’m in the store, but then again who does?! Their clothes are so cute that I want them all!

I am very happy that Reno has upgraded from the small riverside showroom to a full retail space. The new store is very large, organized and well stocked– I have found more color varieties at this space than in bay area stores. However, each time I have visited the store has been fairly empty and I notice myself feeling slightly bombarded by staff. They have all been very helpful, but almost too much so, following me from rack to rack explaining the sizing, fit, and styling. My most recent visit I tried on three pieces in the dressing room (took me 5 minutes max) and I was asked three times how I was doing and if I needed assistance. I realize this is certainly better than the alternative, having no one to help when I need it would be frustrating; therefore, I am grateful for their attentiveness, but will admit to feeling slightly overwhelmed by it.
While some argue the prices are outrageous, let me say that I used to agree with that statement until I was gifted a pair of running crops. It was love at first sight; my collection continues to grow and not only do I love wearing my LuLu clothes to the gym, I find myself wearing them most days while running around town. All of my pieces are unbelievably comfortable, warm, and figure flattering, and are made with thick quality seams. And guess what– they have a sale rack! Be sure to look for the purple stickers on price tags!

Visiting from California, my friend and I decided to do a little shopping! She had never been to a lulu lemon and from the moment we walked in the girl who greeted us asked if we had ever been in, told us about the different materials, how they work and a quick overview of the store. The next girl we encountered was just as sweet and professional. Not an OUNCE of feeling judgement (as it sometimes happens in higher end stores) the girls working were all incredibly sweet, helpful and all had great attitudes! All in all a fantastic experience!

Worst. Shopping. Experience. Ever. Women letting their kids run rampant, climbing under fitting room doors, screaming, pulling down clothes. The help asked me 4 times in and out of my «named» fitting room if I needed a room (which they moved on me the first time I went out to get my own additional sizes since no one would help). Went to check out and got shoved out of the way by «important «people in a rush. Not sure why the hurry to check out… women behind the counter were ogling over the baby that just came in paying no attention to customers. I feel like I was totally blown off. I could have spent hundreds on overpriced workout clothes with a bit of coddling. Instead I left with one item, and shouldn’t have done that. Pay attention to your customers. Request kids be well behaved or leave. If it’s your kids, leave them home! Lulu you didn’t make me feel welcome. I was there to celebrate a 40 lb weight loss and instead I felt like I wasn’t one of the chosen few that you knew well enough to help:(

Honesty, I am blow away with the amazing clothing, customer service and cultivation of community with Reno’s new LuLulemon! Being able to have active wear that makes me feel comfortable in my body has helped me want to workout more and not worry about my pants sliding down in downdog or shirts flipping up in handstand. Each smiling face on the team will bring you endless styles of things that fit your body and your workout preferences. Most of all I love a store that offers free yoga classes to the community!!! What a great way to see a store give back to our community. Lulu thank you for coming to the biggest little city!

Clean store but why would you spend more than $ 20 on leggings?

I love the new store! I’m a huge fan of Lulu and have always enjoyed their showroom on Riverside but couldn’t always find what I wanted because they had a small selection. This new store is a lot bigger and has a huge selection! I am particularly impressed with the men’s selection — it is literally 5 times bigger than the last store. I also like that this new store has swimsuits for women!
The new store looks great and I can’t wait to come back in!
