If I could I would give this company 10 stars. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with Majestic Shutters. From my initial contact to set up an appointment for an estimate to the actual installation, Mr. Brooks has been nothing but personable, professional, & accommodating. I had my whole house done and every window turned out beautiful I will deffinitely use them again when I move to my new home in Sparks. I would highly recommend Majestic Shutters.

I bought window coverings for my entire 5 bedroom home from this company, and was assured that everything was guaranteed, and if I had a problem they would come and do any repair free of charge. I spent thousands of dollars on this purchase.
When I had a malfunction of a remote controlled large drapery, they were unable to diagnose the problem or fix it.
Now I have an accordian shade that has a broken pull cord, and they are refusing to even come to do the repair.
I suggest that if you are looking for Hunter Douglas products, which are good products, you bypass this company and go elsewhere to make your purchase. They are difficult to do business with once you’ve written the check.
