Mike Smith Plumbing

Mike Smith is a great plumber – very professional, conscientious, fair, and skilled. I have used several plumbers in the area and I’ll only be calling Mike in the future. I have a custom bath/​shower, with several obscure fixture manufacturers and Mike was able to determine the correct parts and get everything back to working order. I would highly recommend Mike!

Did a good job fixing two minor plumbing problems.
I knew he was a good guy when he recommended that I take care of the problems on my own and he gave me instructions on how to do so. I still hired him for the job as I prefer that a «pro» fix my problems.

I met Mike Smith on December 17^th 2013 at approximately 5:00pm when he was called out to assess the damage from a pipe freeze. After a very thorough inspection Mike knew what the exact problem was. He came out the next day and replaced everything. Here is the part where five stars comes in. Mike is one of those things that used to exist called human beings… Meaning he has a care for his customers on a level that is pretty much unheard of nowadays. He also did other things for us that I won’t mention just so his future customers won’t expect him to. Let’s just say he goes above and beyond and really shows he cares. I’m a 21 year old college student living in a rental home with my fiancé. My fiancé does not have any plumbing skills whatsoever. I was getting ready to turn on the shower when all of a sudden — the handle literally snapped off. Water was leaking from the faucet and where the handle snapped off. We called our landlord, and luckily they called a plumber to our home. Luckily, Mike knew what he was doing and was able to turn the water off right away. He also replaced the shower handle and faucet! He was quick, prompt, and friendly. Let’s just say, he get’s the job done. Thanks Mike!

We called Mike Smith Plumbing on New Years Day, not expecting a call back as it is a holiday, but received a call back anyway. He made an appointment for the next day, arrived promptly, and finished everything quickly. I was impressed with him and would call him back.

we had a pipe burst in the crawl space of our home and despite the fact that mike had a job all day, he showed up that evening and fixed the problem. i have had bad experiences in the past with plumbers who tried overcharging and over complicating issues and i did not feel that way with mike. very happy with his service and i would recommend him.

I had a leaky valve outside our home that was causing problems with our sprinklers. I called Mike and left him a message. Maybe 90 SECONDS after I left the message, he called back. I have never had any contractor ever respond that quickly. I know he had a lot of big projects he was working on, but he came by the next day to see the problem and start working on it. He had it completed within a few days and revamped the whole system so I won’t have problems in the future. He was honest and trustworthy and did the job right. I would call Mike for any of my plumbing needs. He is fabulous!

Mike’s been incredibly helpful working on our sinks, pipes and pedicure chair at my salon! He’s showed up right away with such short notice and been able to give inexpensive suggestions on some low maintenance and yet extremely important tools for us!
