My Kid’s Smile

They take Medicare and my daughters teeth came out perfectly. It was at no cost to us and I have never been more nervous in my life when she was put under but the anesthesiologist was one of the most professional and caring men I have ever met. He talked us through the whole thing and I have never seen my daughter focus so intently on someone’s face as they reassure her she will be okay.
The process was so quick and we got to be on the room with her. I am taking all my kids here from now on and I was impressed from the minute I talked with the first employee to the last employee.
They truly care and I don’t see how they could get any better if they are not already the best in town.
They took a hard situation for us and made it easy.
My kid constantly wants to go back for no reason at all. She begs me to take her to the dentist.

This dental office is awesome my kids went in for dental exam. From first opening doors felt like I was back in so cal walking streets of Hollywood. All the statues art and lights. This place is awesome. Wish they had these kind dental offices when I was little. My kids started playing on tablets and toys and watching up on tv. Enough chairs and seating no one could complain. My kids were so comfortable they didn’t even struggle. X Ray pics to clean up. Last dental they went. Was a nightmare. But here wow! Staff was great welcoming and great. My kids were comfortable enough to want take X-​ray pics and allow them to brush there teeth and get exam. I was amazed with service even at my age now I wouldn’t mind going in chair here. That’s if the take adults. Parking location and layout out standing. Check out pics stop by make appointments your kids will thank you.

By far the best dentist in town. They are very patient and loving towards a terrified child!!!

Fun place for the kids with lots of distractions in the waiting room. Cute movie themed set up! The doctors and nurses and office staff have always been great and very kind to our kids. We have never had any of our kids have any real procedures (fingers crossed!) just regular visits for cleanings and checkups. I can recommend them for babies (under 1yr old) and older kids too.

They told me before the appointment to be 15 minutes early for check in. I arrived @ 7:45 AM and was told to have a seat. I waited until nearly 8:15 — 8:20 and was never called up. I went and handed the receptionist my paperwork and she seem confused as to why I was handing it to her but she did not say anything. My 3 year old son was not the most cooperative so they suggested IV sedation for him for all work and Xrays. $ 800 for the anesthesiologist and had to be paid $ 200 2 – 3 days prior to appt and all the rest at the time of the appt. Our insurance will not reimburse this because it is not anethesia related to surgery. I called to postpone the appt due to this cost and was told that the anthesiologist who is a private contractor only takes Medi-​caid but not private dental insurance. Then they mentioned perhaps doing this in a hospital setting but that would create a larger medical bill with our health insurance. I am sure they are a great practice, but I will be getting a second opinion.

I really love the ambience in here. It’s very geared towards kids. They have different Disney movies playing in all of the rooms and they make it look like a movie theater. Theres a big spider man figure as soon as you walk in He saw Dr. Wilde for his first visit today. He was really great. They explained every step they were doing and what all of the tools so to him. They made sure that he was very comfortable and took the «scary» factor out of the dentist! I definitely will recommend this office to any parent!
