He’s a great doctor and incredibly friendly and compassionate, which is a welcomed changed in the world of doctors. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good allergist.

Thank the lord for dr Nugent and his staff! I have been suffering with horrible hives for months! Every doctor I’ve seen had no answers and just kept putting me on higher and higher doses of steroids, and referring me to someone else. I was miserable, and felt like no one understood what was going on, and that no one even cared. The moment Dr Nugent stepped in to the room, he diagnosed me, explained what was going on in my body, and told me how we were going to fight my autoimmune chronic idiopathic urticaria. He then ordered a bunch of blood tests to see if anything else was going on (he found a thyroid issue) and ordered a prescription for a new drug that stops my hives! I now come in once a month to see his NP Cindy, and get a shot. I am now hive free, and completely off of steroids! If it weren’t for him, I would still be seeing doctor after doctor with more tests and no results. He also has a great staff! Everyone I speak to there is friendly, helpful and competent! If my appointment is at 2pm, I am seen at 2pm! It’s wonderful! Their waiting room is super nice too! It has a coffee/​tea station, comfy chairs, 4 big screens, and a private room for people with little ones (with its own big screen playing cartoons, a bunch of toys and books, and a Dutch door (closes just the bottom half of the door) so the kids can run and play, and not go into the waiting room, but you can still hear your name being called. (Heaven for a parent stuck taking a kid to a doctors office!) they also have a few «kid friendly» exam rooms. All the dangerous stuff is put up high, and there are toys and books for the kids to play with during the appt! (Seriously this is the best thing ever!) I haven’t met anyone else with my issue, but if I do, the first thing I’m going to tell them is to see Dr Nugent! It takes a month or 2 to get in, but it’s worth it! I can’t thank him enough for letting me feel like I had my life back!

Great clinic for allergy and asthma patients!
All three of my children are patients at this clinic and have been since 2009. Dr. Nugent, Dr. Reyes, and Shellie are all amazing practitioners. They are kind, address any concerns I have, and have provided me with numerous allergy and asthma medication samples.
The nurses are amazing as well. One of my children has been receiving weekly allergy shots for almost a year, and they always distract him during the injection and make sure he is comfortable afterward.
The office staff is great as well. They are always friendly and seem to have no problem or attitude when I need to make an appointment change.
