This store is actually pretty big and not only is there alot of open space they have a great selection of merchandise from office furniture to pen and markers. Laptops, tablets, virus protection, USB sticks, briefcases, office or arts and crafts supplies you name it they have it. The service is super friendly and quick the guy who helped me when I was browsing at the laptops last time really knew his stuff too bad I forgot his name. I kind of have an obsession with buying those mesh office style organizers, you know the black pencil holders and mail sorters and mesh office garbage cans etc. I just feel more organized having that kinda stuff, my point is i got all of that here. Overall a great office supply store, or a great place to get school supplies if you need any.

I was helped right away and that was terrific. I needed to get a wireless mouse & keyboard and then a 4-in-1 printer/fax machine. My only hang up was that I was told the model I selected came with the print cord(this is not typical so I asked her to please double-check– and her manager confirmed) yet when I got to the office to set it up the cord was missing. My IT department had a spare so not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know. Other than that, great service, awesome sale going on, and easy to find what I needed.

It’s a well known fact that I like to create stuff. I do all my design work in a high end program known as Powerpoint, and I usually print these works of art on my sometimes awesome color laser printer. While I’m not lacking for creativity or artistic vision, I learned long ago that my skills with a pair of scissors are limited. I’m not sure if this is a common syndrome or that I just didn’t get enough practice with scissors in elementary school, but anything I put them to turns out jagged and uneven. I ALWAYS give it a try, but sometimes I just can’t get it together. Fortunately for me, there’s usually Ashley G, but when she’s not available, I hit up ImPress at Office Max. The team is fully equipped to help make your ideas a reality. It’s not the cheapest way to go about doing this, but they’ve got the right tools at their disposal to save you a ton of time, and improve the overall quality of what you’re trying to create. There’s of course B&W and color printing, along with collating and stapling, but they also have some really fancy equipment behind that desk. There are some really sharp paper cutters that can tackle large stacks at once. There’s a drilling machine that will uniformly punch holes in your project. They offer binding services, have a work desk with glue sticks, staplers, etc. and a whole lot more. The staff is great to work with and will make it so your project comes out exactly as you’d hoped. I really enjoyed working with them recently and I’m looking forward to the next opportunity. Take your custom work there!

Went in looking for a printer and the guy knew nothing about anything. Every question I had was met with an I dont know and no offer to find someone who might. Not impressed.
