Oxi Fresh of Reno Carpet Cleaning

We scheduled the appt to have all the carpets cleaned in our home. The owner himself called us the day of the appt to let us know he finished with his other appts early and he was ready for us. We called him back and he arrived shortly. He was very friendly and efficient and did a great job on our carpets. Would definetely use them again.

John with Oxifresh just cleaned our carpet in our 2100sf house for the second time. We have a 6 year old, low quality white carpet that came with the centex home when we bought it. The machine and the liquid formula he uses are able to clean really well and provide fast drying.
John is very friendly and professional and very accomodating regarding schedule.
We are very pleased with his service however the machine he uses is not capable of cleaning totally the corners and we would have to manually clean them (maybe only one half inch; it’s not much but still as a customer would appreciate a complete finish).

I wasn’t sure how good of a job John Beug at Oxi Fresh could do, but my alternative was ripping out the stained, smelly carpeting in the teenagers’ rooms. I decided to try cleaning them first and I am AMAZED at the results!
A sixteen-​year-​old can cause some issues with carpeting, including but not limited to unidentifiable stains and a room that literally smelled like moldy sweatsocks or perhaps a decaying animal. I had low expectations regarding the stains but hoped that the smell could be eliminated, at least so every time Jr. opened his bedroom door I wouldn’t retch and run for a can of Lysol.
John at Oxi Fresh pre-​treated two of the badly stained, odoriferous rooms with an environmentally safe cleaner and then proceeded to steam clean the carpets. When he was fnished, he had me inspect the rooms. The carpeting looked fantastic~stains completely gone (except for a bleach spot that can’t be removed) and best of all, THE SMELL IS GONE!!! Bless that man… I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen (and smelled) it!
They also have coupons available on their website for additional savings… I paid less that $ 200.00 for four rooms being cleaned, three with the Super Odor Destroyer Pre-​Treatment, one without. The carpeting dried in about 2 hours, so that was convenient… highly recommend this carpet cleaning service over other local cleaners which I have used and been dissatisfied with… thanks John!
