Really stingy with their sandwich meats and veggies. 95% bread sandwich. Yumm. It is nice, though, that there’s a drive through.

The service is fast and efficient. Sometimes they put a little heavy on the toppings you ask them to ho light on but its easier to take stuff off then put it on ;) so overall i only have that one complaint. Kevin the owner is a very very nice person and you can tell he appreciates his customers! Very clean always busy. Love this place!

Quick drive through! Really yummy sandwich. Being a vegetarian, it’s hard to find good sub sandwiches

Barely ever get any meat on my sandwich. I got two slices of cheese and three slices of turkey for my medium sandwich, it’s very disappointing and has happened more than once:(

I usually have lunch here at least once a month. I am usually in a hurry so I am at the drive thru. I like there sandwiches and their bread is soft. The selection is great and I like that I can choose which vegetables to put on. The employee’s have been courteous to me. If you go inside they have an awesome soda machine with a million flavor combinations. Well, maybe not a million but a huge amount. I believe it was in the hundreds in their sign.

5 star service! So very friendly and everything was delicious. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado in a lettuce wrap and my son ordered a kids grilled sandwich with turkey. We were both very happy :) They have a super cool touch screen soda fountain. I got a strawberry Dasani flavored water, tasty and weight conscious! Since we live in the area, this will be our new port of subs.

This Port of Subs seems to be the frontrunner for all things Port of Subs. They were one of the first to implement the Super Coke machines and they always seem to have the new décor changes before the other places. This last time I went in was for a salad to eat at lunch a few hours later. I ordered up the grilled chicken salad and didn’t have them nuke up the chicken. I had romaine lettuce, tomato, olives, onions, Parmesan oregano and pepper. They kindly put some oil and vinegar in a cup to dress the salad later. And later the salad was just fine. It’s not some fancy walnuts and candied booblaga berries from the deepest Amazon. Just a simple hearty salad that I chose the ingredients for. From what I saw, the place is really well kept. The only thing that was a hiccup was the entrance to the«order here» was slightly confusing to me. Must have been the early morning fuzzy head I had that made me go the wrong way. The people behind the counter were friendly and very helpful. I was in and out within 2 minutes. For those who haven’t been to any Port of Subs ever. They serve sandwiches in a variety similar to Subway but one notch higher in quality. Everything is sliced to order and yes, that really does make a difference. I used to work at Port of Subs when I was a wee teen over 25 years ago. I’m sure ingredients have changed as well as some of the signature sandwiches, but the reality is they have a pretty good product at a market price. So if you are in town and this is close to you and it came up on your Unilocal search for sandwiches. Give them a try, I personally can vouch for 90% of the menu. They have one of the best hot pastrami’s I’ve ever had. Parking is plentiful but when busy can be a little tight for large vehicles.

May 3, 2012 Friday — lunch 12:15PM 4 adults Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — Picked a place for lunch to meet up with my wife, and it seemed about halfway between our two locations. Atmosphere — It is one of the new layouts. The place is modern and fresh. Got to love the new Coke machine, hundreds of choices, my wife got diet Barq’s vanilla. Food Appetizer — none order. Main Course — I had the #1 medium which is Ham, Salami, Capicolla, Pepperoni and Provolone Cheese, yeah I get that one almost every time. I love that Capicolla, which alone makes it worth the trip over a Subway. My wife got me hooked on the sour dough bread, now I just wish they would get Dutch Crunch. But really enjoying that tang of the sour dough. Dessert — none ordered. Service — Got to love how they cut the meat and cheese to make every sandwich. Future — Yes I can see coming here or another location.
