This is the worst cleaner that I have ever dealt with. I took a ski jacket in to get the zipper replaced. It took more than 1 month and 5 trips to the store and the jacket was still
no ready. Finally I told the owner that I just wanted my jacket back, she said it wasn’t on
the premises and that I had to wait for the «lady» to bring it back in. Another 2 more
trips to no avail. What a nightmare!!!

Located in the heart of MidTown, these cleaners are fast, friendly, and no-​frills. I trusted them with a couple of suits, and they came back as… suits (and clean!).

This has to be the worst and MOST EXPENSIVE dry cleaners in Reno! And forget about getting your clothes back when they say they’ll be back! You’ll be lucky to get them back at all. And if you’re that lucky, check the buttons and condition. I’ll guarantee the buttons will be broken or chipped and the fabric will be worn down a thread away from a full blown hole because of their shoddy equipment. I will NEVER go again and I would never recommend this place. Don’t waste your money and time. It really doesn’t even deserve the one star.

Great place, cheap and if you need something done in a hurry they will do it free of charge. The staff is very nice, and friendly. One thing i will say it is cluttered and sketchy looking, but still a great place.

Very Friendly! They are more than willing to work with you on a time frame to get your garments cleaned. Excellent outcome, very clean and fresh.

My husband and I took 2 of my dresses and a pair of jeans in to be altered. They did not give us an estimate when we were there, so I asked my husband to call them when we were on our way back home to ask how much the total would be. We made the call about 3 minutes after we left their place, we did not even get on the freeway yet. They explained over the phone it would be $ 120 for both dresses and the jeans which is quite high compared to several places I have gone before to get dresses altered (and I get clothes altered every month). Typically they are around $ 35 – 40 at most for a dress, this place was charging nearly double. Since we were new to the area and I needed those clothes altered, we just decided to try this place out. So after they told me the price over the phone, I said cancel the black dress, and the lady who does the altering said «ok no problem» and confirmed she would not alter the dress. When I called to cancel, it was right before we got home which was a few minutes after we called in for the total amount.
When we came back a few days later to pick-​up my clothes, they explained it was too late to cancel the dress and made me pay for both dresses after the fact that I told them to cancel the other dress. I tried to make sense of it, but concluded that there is no possible way they could have started those dresses or even one of them a few minutes after we dropped them off. I made it crystal clear to cancel that one dress and the lady that I talked to confirmed it.
Furthermore, it was their mistake for not canceling it after we told them about it and they charged us for their mistake. They also could’ve told me ahead of time if the dress truly has already been finished. But I got no calls or anything. Very unprofessional.
I told my husband about the situation since he wasn’t there when I picked up my clothes. After I explained it to him on the way back, he was pretty angry at what happened (and so was I) and we decided to call them to see if they had an explanation for this. My husband got on the phone with a younger man who was working at the front desk. He answered the phone, my husband told him who he was and explained to the guy that I was just in a few minutes ago to pick-​up my dress and my husband immediately heard a dial tone. So he thought well maybe he got disconnected so he tried calling back. When he called back, he told me that the guy clearly hung up on him the first and the second time right after my husband told him who he was. I just could not believe how unprofessional this place was. I will never use them again and would never recommend anyone else to use them. How can businesses not understand proper customer service? Was it really worth it to get an extra $ 60 to rip off a customer and piss them off knowing that that customer won’t return for repeat business? It makes me upset that they actually think they can fool a customer and charge them double for a job they didn’t want done in the first place!
On a side note the dresses were also not a good fit, after paying almost double you expect them to also do a better job, not the case. I believe we just got scammed. The first dress was uneven on the shoulders and the other one (the one that I wanted to cancel), I couldn’t even fit past my head and I have a small head! How can you mess that up? Luckily, they were still wearable. The other dress was for my bridal shower and I told the lady ahead of time to take care of it which she messed up on.
Don’t go to this place! Don’t risk it. Maybe their work as cleaners is good but they still scam customers. Do not use them unless you want to be overcharged for lousy work and then have to deal with poor customer service and no explanation for why they lied to you and just hang up on you because they know what they did was completely unprofessional. Highly irritated and disappointed.
P. S. They have you change in a restroom in the back for alterations! Gross.

Pristine Cleaners us the penultimate example of world class customer service. I had a faculty dinner to attend on short notice and needed my shirt pressed. The proprietor hand ironed it for me and I made it to my dinner on time!
