Renew MD Medical Spa

I went in to check out two specific procedures. I was provided with price quotes and zero pressure. I have had one of the procedures done and I am scheduled for the second. I was treated very well and my results are excellent so far.

I’ve been to several high scale salons for microdermabrasion and chemical peels and liked them. Yesterday I had micro at Renew MD and it was way beyond the service I have received before. I feel great and it was a great start to my relaxing weekend. I’ve had laser and other treatments here too and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Love this place.

I have referred a few friends based on passed results and they all have raved about the results they have received. These folks are the real deal best of the best

I had the most wonderful experience, the staff and services were great and very professional. I treated myselgf to a dermaplane and mask it really helped make my face look younger and more healthy.

If you are going here for botox or hair removal, they probably are ok. If you are going for a facial, I would DEFINITELY look elsewhere. The times I have gone they just put a couple of products on and wipe it off and maybe a hot towel. I had the LED light treatment and they left me in the room way past the time the machine went off without a blanket. I was shivering when they got back. I mentioned that it was a long wait without anything happening, but then the aesthetician did it again with the second treatment. I get it that they use the time elsewhere while the machine is going (although the better spas will stay and massage your hands or feet or something — see review on Dolce Vita, which is a superior experience), but just to leave clients on the table for 20 or 30 minutes when the machine has stopped running is not acceptable.
Overall, my family and I have not had good experiences here. The staff is quite friendly and service is pleasant, but we did not leave feeling any better or relaxed or spoiled than when we came in.

Not sure exactly where to start.
I came in and had a microdermabrasion with Tiffany. She was awesome. I give her 5 stars. She told me that I should get Botox there.
I was able to get in that day and I got 39 units in my forehead and 4 units around my eyes. In the past 30 units was the most that I had ever needed. Within 3 weeks the Botox never froze my forehead completely. I still had a ton of movement. After $ 516.
I made an appointment to go back in, which would have been week 5, the day of my appointment I got a call that the nurse was home sick, so I waited until the following week. Then that appointment was also canceled because the nurses child was sick.
Puts us into week 7, I went in, a completely different person meets with me. She said unfortunately the manager was out of town but she could take pictures of me so she could review the chart with the manager the following week. She told me maybe I had an autoimmune against Botox, then tried to tell me that because I had had dysport in the past that is most likely why the Botox isn’t as effective. She would talk to the manager and see if they could comp some units for me because maybe the Botox they used was a bad batch because 3 other women also complained.
I went back in week 8, and the same nurse met with me, said great news the Botox did work a little bit, so you don’t have an immunity to it. Then asked how much more botox I wanted. I asked if they were going to comp any, she said oh no, you just need more units and wanted to do my face again. Needless to say I was so mad. I asked for the manager.
The manager came in and was so rude and belittling. She treated me like a child. She didn’t understand why I was mad and kept going over my before and after pictures saying the Botox did work. After arguing and arguing with her she finally said that she could give me Botox at their cost of $ 5 a unit. I agreed, the nurse put in another 60 units into my forehead and around my eyes. Another $ 302.
It’s been a good 2 weeks now. With over 100 units of Botox, and over $ 800 my forehead still has movement. I absolutely will NOT go back, and I highly recommend that you go somewhere else to get your Botox done.
By the way, I’m only 36 and I have only ever spent $ 250 on Botox.

Wow this place is amazing, I was visiting my family several months ago and came across this Gem. I wish there was more places that have great phone etiquette and wonderful customer service. I will be back when I’m in town. I I travel a lot so looking for a nice place to relax is so Divine.

Being a redhead I have been plagued with rosacea, fine lines, dull skin and of course many freckles! Basically, the sun has done terrible things to my skin, especially since I was born before the era of good sunblock. Thank goodness I discovered Renew Md.
From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, and brought to their quiet sanctuary. In the last 3 months I’ve had several procedures done on my face, and it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone that I’ve been in contact with at Renew has been kind, professional and very gentle.
My face has been rejuvenated. My best friend of 30 years said I was «glowing»! I highly recommend

I was always happy with my service here until recently. After Olivia left the front counter service went down drastically. Also, while I was waiting for information on when One of the ladies would be back to work from maternity leave I, I got antsy waiting to hear from them and sent an email, only to be told she would not be returning back to work and the soonest I could be seen after waiting for her for two months would be another month out! I am shocked that it would take a month to be seen for Botox when I was able to get in next week a very great place I had gone before. It is a shame that so many negative changes have occurred at Renew MD recently. Maybe they will get back on track with good customer service again some day.

I’ve been going to Renew MD for a few months now and I always have a pleasant visit. Olivia is a sweetheart in the front office and is always nice to be greeted by her. Heather is phenomenal and works wonders on my eyebrows. I love how she leaves my eyebrows with a natural and clean shape. I’m really lucky to have found a welcoming spa and amazing staff. I’m looking forward to a microdermabrasion next with Heather :)

I love Renew MD! I have been going to them for over 6 months, and have had a variety of services performed, including facials, massages, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I have found their prices to be competitive, and have left perfectly satisfied every time. They have monthly specials that make the treatments I was interested in much more affordable. I highly recommend this place!

I love Renew MD. The staff are amazing especially Heather. I love coming here and refer all friends and family to Renew. Amenities are great and you feel at home from the time you walk in until you leave.

I finally took the plunge and made an appointment after getting this months generous special in my email. Anyway, Olivia has to be the most outstanding receptionist I have ever spoken with. She’s upbeat, friendly, well spoken and educated about the services I was inquiring about. I appreciated her honesty about having done Juvederm and Botox as it’s always nice to speak to someone that has been on the other side of a service.
Sherri is amazing. I’ve never had injections done, but have been to my fair share of local medical spas over the years. I’ve never returned to some offices as many of the staff can be way too pushy about up selling unneeded/​unwanted products. When it came time for my injections, she had the most uplifting, sweetest words to say. I sat down feeling very youthful and better about my skin. I left feeling great about myself and my decision to plump up my lips and do some preventative Botox. Sherri was a pleasure to visit with, she’s a very interesting, warm woman to be around. She’s very light handed as well, I felt like I had little fairy hands touching my face… so gentle! I will most certainly return as needed.
