We own a Hot Springs Spa that we unfortunately purchased in Carson. We didn’t know that this great store was here when we first moved to Reno. I drove by this shop and because I needed supplies for my tub I went in.
The owner, I think, was there and he was such a kind man. Very informative and didn’t try to sell me supplies that I didn’t need.
They had a great assortment of all the supplies and the prices were really good. I have been known to go online to purchase but by the time that add shipping costs and you receive a box that has a bottle that has leaked all over, you know it’s time to just buy local.
I will be back to this place. If you are in need of a hot tub, check out this store. They many difference sizes and types of hot tubs. But we are a Hot Springs house and are very happy with that brand.
