The people were nice enough but not too forthright. They stung us along for 2.5 hours. They put a compress on my friends head causing him pain which rose his blood pressure then said they needed to treat him for high blood pressure. Ya think? Avoid this place

I will only go to this urgent care again if it is a real emergency and I can’t get to any other place. The wait was an hour and thirty minutes. There was one person a head of me and than someone walked in and yelled «I think I have strep throat!» So, that person got to go a head of me and the person there before me. Than the actual person that was a head of me got to go. The receptionist was there when I arrived and as soon as she checked me in she took a personal call to yell at T-​Mobile about her cell phone bill. Than she took another personal call to see what time a business was open until. After that she disappeared for about 45 minutes. After she returned was when I asked when I would be seen. She said I was next and it would be 5 minutes later. 20 minutes later I was finally taken in the back. The nurse and doctor where nice but the rest of the experience made for a bad practice.

The only other memories of urgent care I have are from my childhood and meeting rude staff, nurses, and doctors. So I had pretty low expectations.
Wow, These are the sweestest, most caring people I’ve ever met in a doctor’s office. I saw the nurse practioner and you could tell she really cares about her patients.
They’ve moved and are now on Damonte in the walmart parking lot.

My son woke up on Sunday morning with a sore throat. We filled out the patient sheet on line to save time. When we arrived, we were checked in and seeing a nurse in a matter of minutes. The staff was very friendly and my son is feeling much better. Thank you for the prompt, professional and timely service.
