I met Sandy Gabrielli in 2008 when I moved to Reno. I called her to inquire about purchasing a home. At that time, I had some financial issues due to a divorce, but she pointed me to some people that could give me some good advice and getting back on track. My mom was looking for a home in 2010 and Sandy assisted her in finding the perfect place for her. In 2010 I started my own search, and in 2011 I found a great house that fell through. After another 9 months of searching, I found a another great place that closed on March 2012. It was a long and laborious process in this market of inventory ups and downs, short sales, foreclosures and pricing ups and downs. The consistent thing in all of the looking was Sandy’s ability to «go with the flow», to be patient with my mother’s (and mine!) pickyness, the delays with the lenders, the sellers, the other agents, and on and on. After meeting me after work, on weekends, and during lunch times to look at 100 + houses, she kept her smile, her sanity, and her ability to be objective. She wanted me to find what I wanted to find, not what would close the sale. Sandy’s husband has since joined her in her business, and between the two of them, there is NO better real estate agents in the business. Sandy stays current on the laws, the trends, the bank dramas, the market, and the financial side of the lending market. She lets absolutely NO moss grow under her feet. She has withstood the market highs and lows, and comes out on the other side a true professional. And she works with only ethical professionals as well. Her «people» can pull off small miracles when closing on a property. And truly, people just respect and love Sandy.
If you want a true advocate in your corner always, whether buying or selling, I cannot recommend Sandy and Jerry enough. And NO! they didn’t pay me for this review. I do it because she deserves all the business that comes her way.
