I was doing a remodel of the exterior of our home at Tahoe. The owner was very professional from start to finish and was outstanding at communication. The work was completed in a very timely manner and looks fantastic! And the price was very reasonable. If you are planning on having siding put on your home, it would be a great plan to first meet with Siding Innovations. You will not be disappointed.

Like the other reviewers said, this crew seems like they have attractive pricing but the hidden cost of their horrible quality & delays will make them more expensive in the end.
I signed up w/​them in Jan. 2013 & it’s almost Feb. 2014 & the job has weeks to go to finish. The problems started early on — material was on sight & they were not there. Once they showed up, they worked through the winter but then ran out of material in May. This was their fault — the contract requires them to specify material but they improperly specified quantity. It was a running joke at the jobsite that they were doing it to purposely cause delays so they could go work on other jobs. They generated significant waste in the process too, further necessitating more materials. In any case, it’s caused huge delays now (a siding job lasting over 1 yr?) and repeated milling set-​up and shipment costs from the mill. Also they even ordered the wrong material at one point, which I had to eat.
The breaches of contract are numerous — the contract called for a three month timeline. The contract was based on progress & they billed ahead of that. And the contract says they’re responsible for «all siding» and they’re refusing to do some parts b/​c they say they weren’t on the plans, including a car port. This is false as an entry was always on the plans. Regardless, «all siding» means «all siding.»
But perhaps most importantly, their quality is woeful. There are myriad issues with their workmanship including improper nailing patterns, large gaps between boards, unsecured pieces, poor pattern matching (despite being told exactly what I wanted on numerous occassions), poor notching around framing, poor waterproofing, un-​level boards, and exposed moisture barrier, to name a few. I have uploaded the photos to demonstrate. This is going to cost me over $ 10K to fix in labor & material excluding my costs to manage it!
Carl (CEO) offered to settle with me but the amount was diminimus. So I’ve reported them to the contractors board & BBB & am pursuing all logical options.

workers were unproffessional and rude, and disrespectfull to landscaping. took their time and leisure while working, having long lunch and drink breaks AFTER arriving 3 hours after said start time. the finished products looks fine, but who knows how it will hold up. definately dissapointed with my choice in company.
**UPDATE: just read the response after 3 months from time of service, and I am somehow not a customer they say… hhhmmmm, why would I take my time to review you then. I can describe what the workers looked like (two black guys, one heavier than the other, the skinny one with missing or very crooked teeth), what kind of cigarettes they smoked (left butts all over the side yard), they brought their girlfriend or wife over in the green truck to wait in the car while they worked… you tell me I am not a customer, and not even an apology for an unhappy customer, you tell me who is right and who is wrong…
