Great group here. They truly are looking out for your personal goals and well being. I would highly encourage any thinking of changing their life to meet with the coaches and embark on the fundamentals.
Great place to bring the whole family. Kids are more than welcome and welcomed by all members.

I was visiting family in Reno and was recommended to try out this gym from my coach. This gym is great!!! Very spacious, very clean, and everyone is very friendly. The programming is solid and the coaches are very knowledgeable and pay close attention to everyone to ensure safety and success. They are all very encouraging and motivating.
Whether you have been CrossFitting for years or you are just starting they are very accommodating and make adjustments to the workout accordingly. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely go back to this GREAT gym!

Dropped in from out of town to do the WOD today. Chandler and the members were great; had a great workout and felt welcomed and right at home. Thanks for providing a welcome environment to a Crossfitter who didn’t want to miss too many workouts while on the road.

If you are looking for a true Crossfit or Olympic style weightlifing experience, this it it. The staff is knowledgable and dependable, the facility is comfortable. The gym is kid-​friendly with a fully stocked kids room which is easily accessible for parents to check in on their kids. The community is outstanding and even the most novice «newbie» to the elite athlete will feel like they fit in and belong at this gym. If you are traveling to the Reno/​Sparks area, there are great drop in options. This gym has not only helped ease me into Crossfit, it has also fueled a passion for Olympic lifting and learning about the processes… if you would have told me a year ago I would be dying to go to the gym every day, I would have slapped you silly. Thanks SAF for making a great environment to get healthy and to teach our kids about health and wellness!

A whole family affair.
Can’t say enough great things about this place from the coaches to the different programs.
My 6 and 4 year-​old girls love going here to do Kids CrossFit and my oldest is getting into the Kids Olympic Lifting. It has help my oldest as a pre-​team gymnast in both strength and condition.
My wife is addicted to Olympic Lifting, so much that she has step out of her comfort zone and started entering competition. Not just because she loves it, but because of the great StoneAgeFuel support she gets. AWESOME!
I’ve seen tremendous improvement in my strength and condition. I keep breaking my previous best in running and lifting. This all comes from a great environment and coaching.
