Since buying out Double R Storage, my rent has increased significantly (it never increased even ONCE the 3 years I was there under Double R) and I just got ANOTHER increase notice! Guess it’s time to get rid of my stuff because I can’t afford to keep giving them my money with these constant increases! Maybe they’re doing me a favor! So frustrating. Bad for customers, good for their bottom line, I guess! The only reason I didn’t give them ONE star is they ARE polite when I call (of course, it’s always about my updated payment information).

Sara is fantastic to work with. Very clean and we feel that our storage is in the best place possible. I highly recommend storing here. Ask for Sara and she will give you very good service!

do NOT waste your money here! Turn back now…
it was fine before «storquest» took over, now it’s awful. If you want your rates to be raised every month, then by all means, come here. Since they bought Double R storage, my rent has been increased by $ 40 per month. They also didn’t fix problems with the actual unit when I brought it to their attention. They couldn’t care less if it bothers or hurts the customers who have been loyal to this storage for years. If you don’t like it… leave! That is how they feel, and I feel the same way… I will be leaving as soon as I can.
The main reason that I am still here giving them my money, is because of Sara. She has tried the best she can to make me feel better about what insanity has gone on here. It is not her fault that the people she works for are so greedy. She is always happy and welcoming when I come in to pay my bill. Storquest, as I see it, Sara is the only thing you have going for yourselves.
