All of the ladies here were fantastic. I’d gone to a different place that morning but the person didn’t understand what I wanted so she didn’t want to mess it up. She got ahold of her supervisor who told her send me to see a specific person at this supercut who was more familiar with alternative cuts. While the intended person was not there the other stylists understood what I wanted. I must say I liked the first cut, I went to work happy as can be with one side cut sjort the other long but later that night I finally felt ready to cut all of my hair off since I dont typically do anything with the length anyway. I was willing to be charged again, turns out the women who did my hair the day before was there and she was more than happy to cut off the rest. Oh by the way I had 8 or 9 inches cut off taking my hair to about 2 inches at its longest length.

Couldn’t connect with my normal barber due to them being closed on Monday. Needed a haircut before a business trip and couldn’t wait. Was able to get in here and was taken care of by Sara. Sara was efficient and had my mane handled in under ten minutes. (All while having to greet customers and answer the phone.) Thanks.

This is the worst place that you could possibly get your hair cut!!! Stay away!!! My friend was accused of having lice, simply because the hair stylist, Haylee (sp?), doesn’t know how to do her job!!! My friend was traumatized… TRAUMATIZED, due to the lack of customer service!!! She was verbally assaulted before the accusation. How she still has a job is beyond me!!! It was so bad that we had to contact corporate, and apparently nothing is being done by the owner of this salon… ridiculous!!! Like I said, stay away!!!

Joy was very amazing to fix my haircut after I accidentally made a gouge in my neck hairline trying to trim my own hair on my neck. She did a great job fading it all back in. Definitely going to go back again.

Staff is unreliable. Had received bad haircut here before. Swore never again. Was in a pinch so went back fearing the worst. Found one good hairstylist. Completely unreliable with the scheduling had not managed to get another haircut there for weeks. Finally set appointment, went in the for the cut and hairstylist did not show up for 20 mins after my appointment. Will NEVER go back and neither should you.

Don’t bother coming here unless you want to be verbally abused for 20 minuets. My hair was so uneven that I had to even it out at home. Did a better job cutting it in my bathroom for Christ sake.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, because I had an interview at 7:30 am on a Monday, and my hair was not interview-​worthy! I have a usual hairstylist, but she couldn’t get me in, in time. I came in, no wait, and Sarah C was my stylist.
She’s been there 2 years, and she mentioned the staff there, had all been there for quite some time. They worked very well together it seemed. Sarah gave me THE cutest cut, and style and I’ll be back. I was impressed with the customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism of the entire staff at Supercuts!
