I’m so glad I found this place! RC Willey was ridiculous (I wrote a review for them so you can read it). The customer service at Furniture Depot is great! No pressure, and they listened to me, directing me to exactly what I was looking for. They have the best prices on furniture in Reno. The selection is limited, but they have a little bit of something for every room in the house. RC Willey was going to take a week to deliver a bed, but Furniture Depot can deliver it the same day! I will definitely be going back. Yes, as other reviews have said, it is cold and it’s a warehouse, but I can dress warm and do without a beautiful showroom because I’m more interested in getting the most for my money.

I went to Ashleys and RC Willey’s before coming here, the salesman were on commission and really tried to rush me into buying my new bedroom set over the 4th of July, I found furniture depot just through google and must say I am much happier. They did not pressure me into anything, they even let me take home part of the set to try it out inside of my home :)
Top notch service. They did deliver my new set today, the delivery drivers called ahead of time and were very professional and punctual. All in all I would highly recommend this small business, they are doing everything right!

I like to be left alone when furniture shopping. And I have no problem walking thru large warehouse spaces.
This spot has a small section of furniture for every room in the house. Not incredibly fancy pieces, but pieces for someone who is setting up an apartment or house for the first time and doesn’t have a lot of money to spend. My tastes change often and I hate to spend a ton of money on certain pieces of furniture, and we have no kids to abuse the furniture. So their quality and prices work for me.
Another spot to make sure you are shopping with a coat on, it’s cold in there.

Helpful, no-​pressure sales environment. They have a limited selection but we found exactly what we were looking for at a much better price than the larger furniture stores. They cut out our delivery fee because we were live so close; I appreciate those small touches. Easy, no-​hassle transaction. I’ll come back in and browse their selection occasionally for sure.

Do not buy here! The furniture they have on display is mostly overpriced items you can find at big lots for much cheaper. The chairs we bought broke within 2 months and the dining table was delivered with the legs loose. we spent over $ 400 (and we are not large people). Lesson learned that we should have shopped around before giving our money to these guys.

Rude. We walked in and as soon as we let them know we were just looking around they quickly let us know they were closing soon and then looked at my kids and told us they couldn’t bring in the snacks they had with them. We were going to look for beds but after that welcoming we will never be back.
