This place has good food for the nice prices they offer. I love getting a BLT and fries for $ 8. There are so many restaurants that have such high food prices for lunch. This place is fair and also has a punch card option to get a free lunch on your 10th purchase.
The staff is also friendly. Before it became The Shoe, the man who owned the restaurant was a jerk. I didn’t go back for a long time. Now the people who own it and work there are courteous and nice. They seem to care. I love the cook! He always greets me and says hi even though he’s in the back kitchen most of the time.

Reno, NV
A great café with a view of Washoe golf course. Outside seating on the patio is perfect. I enjoy taking the kids for a burger and a bucket of balls. Nice place to watch sports too.
