Been going there for over a year to get my nails done by Debbie Roberts, she is the absolute best person in town to get your nails done. Debbie is professional and makes you feel like you have been friends forever and my nails are always stunning

I love Jocelyn and her beautiful salon. She makes my hair look great and I always feel great when she’s done. I recommend this salon to anyone.

Worst customer service ever!!! Came in to try to get some information and was greeted by no one! Not even the one employee who was standing outside could offer a smile. We came in and went straight to the front desk, read the sign that clearly says if there is no receptionist, go ahead and take a seat. So we did. At this point in time still no acknowledgement. I was like okay they’re busy, no problem. 10 minutes go by and still no acknowledgment, I had to go and wait at the desk until someone finally came up to point at the sign that says sit down like if I couldn’t read. I won’t be coming back here at all. And warn those of you who were at least taught manners to steer clear.

Brought my mom to this salon do to the high rating, but was completely disappointed. I believe most companies that have a costumer service part in the business require their employees to smile but not this one. We got dirty looks like they have never seen an hispanic person before. Well if racism is part of the business I feel sorry for them. I don’t recommend anybody with morals or manners to come here.

Since I follow my stylist around like a lost puppy dog I have ended up here at Trinity salon. I have been here about four times now and I find the place to be quite nice. It’s clean and the people are friendly. They have a coffee and cucumber citrus water station which is nice to have while one waits for their color to process. Tiffany is my girl and I would follow her through fire because I know once I recovered from the burns my hair would look amazing!
All kidding aside she is a very good stylist and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I see Tonya here for Brazilian waxes through a deal I found on Groupon, and she is amazing! She is definitely not shy and is obviously proud of her work. I had one Brazilian wax with another salon before Tonya that left me wondering why women would ever do this because she missed a lot of hair and told me, «that’s just the way it goes sometimes.» Not Tonya! If you’re going to pay the money and endure the pain, you want to make sure every last hair is gone, and Tonya will make sure of that, but in a way that you still feel comfortable. She is very professional and efficient. I will definitely be returning to her!

Trinity salon is a nice. Very modern. Everyone is very nice and sociable. There doesn’t seem to be much drama there. I haven’t seen anyone yelling, or had creepy stylist’s boyfriends lurking about like other salons I’ve been to. :-/​As nice as Trinity salon is… I love Tiffany! She is the ultimate hair magician. She has put up with my indecisiveness and pulls off my plethora of color choices flawlessly, all while keeping my hair healthy and beautiful. Tiffany is well versed at enhancing natural shades or my favorite-​toying around with fashion colors. I always leave feeling like I received the best color treatment, and grateful Reno has a true hair artist like Tiffany to make us beautiful!

I love this salon! My girl is Amber and she is always great. I love chatting with her in the time she’s working her magic on my hair. It’s always a good time.
The salon itself is very nice. Love the word floors and overall industrial-​chic vibe in the place. Plus, they serve awesome cucumber-​mint (?) water for their guests.

Quite honestly, I go here because my friend is a hair stylist here and I would follow her anywhere (and usually have). Everyone here is really polite, but it’s your typical salon. There are treatment rooms for massages, facials, waxing, etc. There are the areas for mani/​pedis and there is the place where all the hair magic happens. I can’t really say much about it because I only go for Jane, but I would go with her wherever!

I would follow my stylist, Morgan anywhere but so glad she landed here at Trinity. Beautiful, open and relaxing space. The girls are all really sweet.

I love this salon, its very clean, and all that work there are SO friendly and very professional and helpful, even my husband who took my daughter said they asked if he needed water or coffee… I love Olivia who is creative with my nails and Julz who is the stylist of all stylist that my hair begs for more!

A lovely new place in a pretty cool old space — Jocelyn and crew have done it up right! Open feel, wood floors, great services; I love going there. Better than therapy!
