My first visit was rescheduled and the office staff didn’t update their records with the new date/time(even though they mailed me the change). When I arrived at the new date/time they told me I didn’t have an appointment. I produced the mailed form they sent me and waited 1.5 hours before I was seen. I had a 2nd appointment in two weeks which required lab imaging. The front office failed to fax over the required forms on numerous occasions to the lab which required me to reschedule the 2nd appointment twice. On the third failed attempt I decided to ditch this office and find someone else. The front desk staff lets this office down.

I was a patient of Dr. Berry until he retired last spring. I was extremely happy with Dr. Berry for the last 20 years. Today, I had to wait for 90 minutes to see my new doctor. Apparently, the front office work had difficulty entering my info. Nothing has changed and my records have been in that office for more than 10 years. While I am please with my initial visit with Dr. Redden, I am very displeased with the 90 minute wait and the reason given.
