This McDonalds is SLOW! Not only that but they always mess up my order. Today, I ordered a Coke and I got a flat soda with no ice.

This is without a doubt the worst mcdonalds in the capitol region. They are always slow, never get my order right and something is always broken when i go. Today they had no fries … Really? No fries? I understand you have to do maintenance on the fryers but why both at the same time? Today was my last time going to this one, never again. I literally made a Unilocal account just to put it out there how horrific this restaurant is. Ive seen better organization in a 5 year olds lemonade stand.

So I ordered two cheeseburgers and a small fry and a coke last night at the drive thru. I literally waited 25 minutes for my food in the parking lot. This is the last time I visit this McDonalds. The food is terrible, the service is terrible, and it takes forever even when you’re the only person in line. The management of this McDonalds needs to get involved and change something. This McDonald truly sucks the worst.

So I saw that the only reviews on this McDonald’s are from 2011 — I absolutely vouch for everything they are saying being true in 2011… and that it is still true 2 years later. This still is the worst McDonald’s that I have been to in this area, and it really is a toss-up if the worst part is the ridiculously long wait or awful service. Drive-thru…at non-peak hours can take at least 5 – 10 minutes… and just stay away during lunch hours because honestly you can be in that line at least a half hour(not an exaggeration either… it has happened to me on more than one occasion) Typically if I see a long drive-thru wait I will just go inside at most establishments, and you should do that here too right? WRONG! You will wait just as long inside as you will in the drive-thru…and it may be even more chaotic, because now everyone is waiting for their food in a non-line form, and you may or may not get your receipt with your order number on it so that you know which order is yours. Sometimes they will just call out what you ordered but I’ve seen that get messed up too and they call out items that aren’t in those bags and then people come back in because they got the wrong meal. Now, if it were just me ordering for myself on most of these occasions I would just say«screw it» and go somewhere else. Sadly for me, I was forced to endure most of this when I went on the lunch run for work. After it got the 5th time or so of this nonsense, and spending 1 hr getting lunch on a trip that should only take 20 minutes or less, I finally told them if they want McDonalds that bad I am going to drive 5 minutes further out of the way and go to the Wynantskill location because I rarely have ever had a problem there.

Hands down, the worst McDonald’s EVER. You usually have to wait 15 minutes to get to the drivethru only to find out after you’ve left that they screwed up your order! I rarely stop for breakfast, but decided I was craving an Egg McMuffin one morning. I got to work to find what I received was a burnt english muffin with fake eggs on it. That’s IT! No canadian bacon, no cheese, no real egg! I was so mad I sent a complaint through their corporate website. Someone called and apologized, but they never sent any coupon for a free sandwich or anything for my trouble. Just tried there this afternoon again… all I wanted was one hamburger. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, got aggrevated and went inside, only to see it was a complete ZOO at the counter with people yelling at the employees because they were screwing things up so bad. I just turned around and walked out. I honestly don’t know why this McDonald’s is SOOOOO bad compared to others, but they better figure it out! Get some competent help PLEASE!!!

I had always been a fan of this McDonald’s, as it was close to my house(2 miles) and within the past few years(I forgot exactly when) started being open 24-hours a day. McDonald’s does have some good food at decent prices(although I’ve always thought that they’re fries come in #2, ahead of Wendy’s and behind Burger King’s). However, I recently(«recently» at the time of this review) stopped in to this McD’s at about a ¼ to 5 in the morning. After waiting about a minute with no response at the drive-thru speaker, I went to the drive-thru window and honked … twice. I got no response. I had noticed another car coming up behind me, so I looped around the store, out of curiosity, and saw that that customer was not served, either. Later that morning, I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. When I informed him of what happened, he said that he would talk to the overnight staffer, but offered nothing in the way of an apology. I am not condemning McDonald’s as a franchise, but I am condemning this store. I work in retail, as well, but only as an associate, not on the managerial level. However, even I know that this is an unacceptable level of customer service. At the very least, I should have been given an apology. If I were the manager, I would have offered an apology and some kind of coupon, such as a free value meal on your next visit. I by no means will stop going to McDonald’s restaurants, but I will never again return to this particular branch.
