Relocated by December 31. No trouble/complaints whatsoever regarding the move out process. Unfortunately I had caused some damage to the carpet; I had placed an area rug on the carpet and some of the dye came off onto the carpet. Maintenance tried really hard but they were unable to remove the stain. Carpet needed replaced and I felt I was charged a really fair price; actually much lower than I anticipated and the remainder of my deposit was refunded right away. 95 Burnett was a great experience all around.

Let me start off by saying the management here sucks. They do nothing but sit in the office all day on the computer when the building is falling apart. The 1st floor seems to be completely flooding they have sand bags up outside of all of the condos on the 1st floor to keep water out and you cant even walk in the entrance without stepping in 6 inches of water!!! There are ants all the time in my apartment I have done everything to get rid of them and they are still there!!! The elephants that live above me are constantly making my ceiling shake as if it is about to cave in on me! The screaming children that live next door are constantly pounding on my connecting wall and screaming like their parents are killing them so walls are paper thin!!! In the 1st6 months of living here my car got broken into and alot of items stolen from inside! Why must I pay to park here in a «secure garage» if it is obviously not secure!!! 50% of the time the elevators are not working properly I cant even begin to tell you how many times I have gotten stuck in one and then 50% of the time the elevator floor is covered in dog pee!!! This place is ridiculous DONOTMOVEHERE management and the building are TOXIC!!! OVERPRICED&LAZYMANAGEMENT!

First off let me say that I am not an apartment person at all, but we all got to live somewhere. I had a 12 month lease and yeah it was awesome for first two months then the ants started crawling everywhere! I couldn’t keep them out of my kitchen. Was really nasty. We also had some complaints from management about the ciggarett butts on our terrace area that were from the people above us they weren’t even ours. We also got blamed for a couple other things that were not our fault, just because we were the new young couple. Since its right across the street from an old living home I guess it’s better suited for people much older then I am, thats probably why it was a weird vibe the whole time I was there. It’s was not an enjoyable experience … Then after I got the heck out of there, about a month after, they send me a bill and charged me for things that most places wouldn’t charge their tenets. Overall it’s a nice stepping stone to get back on your feet, but not a long term relationship.

(Six month review) *Bad* Ants, stuff stolen from in front of my door, car prowls, getting stuck in the elevators, neighbors who complain about any/everything(especially if they live below you), maintenance half assing repairs, allowing large unfriendly dogs(Pitbulls and an Akita who bark/lunge), management trying to tell you when you can do laundry/wash dishes, management trying to move you out of your apartment and pestering you with daily phone calls trying to convince you to move to a different floor, tweakers, homeless population, loud«urban» people who aren’t friendly and fight outside, idiots who think Burnett Avenue is a race drag strip. *Good* Top floor has lots of light, friendly neighbors, new appliances, free books by the mailboxes, dumpster diving cool stuff that still works, close proximity to shopping, freeway access, bus and restaurants/bars. Will update once lease is up.

Pretty nice place… and car prowls happen here, inside the garage… often! Was one a few months ago and 7 at once another time… in the secure garage. Not sure if it’s people here or that snuck in. There was another car prowl with a smashed window after the 7. They’ve done nothing to prevent it or address it. no cameras, nada. I’ve moved out. Also, you can clearly hear people walking above you, to the point that the chandelier in my living room shakes. It was a thumping not a walking. I had several different people living above me with the same problem, it’s the building. The walls between the apts are super quiet, and the sound from above was AWFUL, well beyond what I’d heard elsewhere. AND, FYI, When I left, one of the managers asked why. When I told her about the noise from above she said jokingly… «Don’t tell anybody.» When I moved there I was told I shouldn’t be able to hear anything from above.
