Great beer selection and friendly owner. I stop by at least 2 times a week and pick a new beer with the feedback of Wayne. One of my favorite small businesses out there!

I love supporting local owned businesses but love it even more if the owners appreciate the customer business. The guy who I believe owns with his wife is so nice and personable. He may be the reason I come back. The wife however is not friendly and never greets or makes eye contact when I’ve come in. Creating a great and memorable experience for customers is key. I hope they work on this aspect. It’s a hidden gem that I would hate to see loose business because of social awkwardness. My rating is solely based on the experience.

Aka All things Wayne. This little wine shop is awesome. A strong selection of Washington wines and craft beers along with nightly tastings make this a go to place for the wine and beer aficionado.

Love this place! The staff is amazing and helpful. Most importantly — they were kind to my son! Definitely a place to buy beer and wine!

My family and I eat at the surrounding restaurants weekly. We went to grab sushi on a Wednesday night and we ended up having a 15 minute wait on a table. Admittedly I was a little nervous to go inside while we waited for our table considering the intimate setting of the store and the fact that we weren’t necessarily looking to spend money on beer or wine. However we were met with a friendly welcoming and some live music! The owners invited us to sit down and taste test some of their wine. I’m not a huge wine enthusiasts but I enjoyed the knowledge and the friendly company of this family owned business. Long story short, we ended up purchasing a full glass of wine afterwards and by the time we walked back to get sushi there were plenty of tables :) I will definitely be back!

What an amazing little wine shop! It is very cute and has a wide variety of great wines. The man that worked there was extremely nice and helpful. I was looking for a certain type of wine and they had it at a cheaper price then most places! It also is located right next to my favorite sushi restaurant. Grab a bottle of wine or 2 and get some sushi for the night! If you are looking for some great wines and do not want to be bombarded by Total Wine, I would strongly suggest going there!

Such a great little find! Stumbled upon it when we were trying out Sushi Café next door. You can buy a bottle of wine and take it into have with your dinner with no corkage fee! The owner was helpful and friendly. He recommended a perfect Viognier to pair with our sushi. We look forward to coming back for a cheese plate, live jazz on Fridays and wine tastings! So happy to support a local small business in Renton.

We have been going to this wine shop for a few years now and I must say it is my favorite neighborhood wine shop. Wayne does an excellent job bringing in great wines and for you beer lovers he has a wonderful selection of beers-​many that are harder to fine.
They offer both wine and beer tastings on the weekends and sometimes during the week. Although I love my wine, I also love beer and Wayne has beer on tap, as well a great selection of bottles to bring home. Growlers are available for those that would like to bring some great beer home or sit in the shop and have a pint of beer or a glass of wine along with some food bites.
Waynes offers both a wine and beer club which offers a great selection of both. This shop is top notch, great wines, great beer, great people.
I come from Bellevue for the tastings! come in and try this wonderful shop-​you will not be disappointed.

This is a fabulous little neighborhood wine shop! We love living so close. Free tastings on weekends and Wednesdays and sometimes other days. We have discovered so many wines here we love. Wayne knows his wine — walk in and ask for a recommendation for a dinner, a gift, or any occasion.

Wayne is great and always puts spectacular cases together for me. He is personable and pays attention to what I like so he can continue to exceed my expectations. He has a warm and inviting local feel with many Washington wines but also a nice selection of some of the more prominent regions around the world. I love supporting local businesses that care about me versus the big chains like Total Wine that cut most of the profit out and don’t know anything about me or my family. Try this place, it’s a gem and you will be impressed as well as supporting the local economy! Say no to the big companies, it’s not all about price even though Wayne is very competitive especially when you stock up by the case.

So much wine, so little time.
I wish I could win the supermarket sweep in this shop and have an hour to fill up a shopping cart for free.
It’s nice when the folks who are explaining the different options to you can kinda recognize when you’re not a total Khan-​uh-​sewer of the red lifeblood. I know some stuff about wine, especially how it makes good food better and bad food easier to ignore…

This place is amazing to have so close to home. Wayne always has great input on beer and wine, they stock plenty of Washington wines and have multiple tastings weekly. It’s hard to find people so dedicated to their passion they will turn it into their work, and then continue to make it great for their customers every day.

This little shop is AMAZING! They are so friendly and helpful! I walked in to just kind of browse and walked out with 3 delicious new wines! I will definitely be back!!!

Great little wine shop where you can expect a friendly reception and consultation if you desire on your wine choice. Nice selection of wines, including local varietals. I’ve spoke to Wayne each time I’ve visited and he’s friendly and knowledgeable. I love having a quality wine selection right in the Highlands that sticks out, in a good way.

I stopped by here after eating dinner at Sushi Café and was really blown away by the selection of wines. The place isn’t all that big, but they have the stock of a big store! It’s their wine racks, they are so nice! And the gentleman who was working at the time was exceptionally kind.

Wayne and Leesa run a top-​notch store in terms of customer service, knowledge, price, and ambience. They have a wine club which we have enjoyed — gives us a reason to try new wines. And the beer selection is great, too. They carry items that you won’t find in most grocery stores.

Since I travel around quite a bit, I always try to bring back a bottle or 2 of local vino. It makes for an interesting story when you are pouring it for friends back home.
Anyhow,
I came here on Wednesday and they were having a free tasting of wines by Kyra. Obviously in store wine tastings are a great way to get people into the store but what makes this even more special was Kyra was there talking about and pouring her wines Naturally I bought 2 bottles from her and she was even nice enough to sign one of them for me.
The store owner was very knowledgeable about the local wine makers and their products. They also had a large section of Cali and international wines too. Another impressive section in the store was the beer selection. Wow! Probably the most eclectic beer selection I’ve seen in Seattle.

Great wine selection, wine tastings are low key and they pour nicely: o) and the owner will help you find what you need according to taste and price.
Also, they have gluten free beer which is hard to find!

Went with a friend the other day, kind of killing time and we wandered around. Checked out the goods– good selection of beers and wines. The people working were very helpful. They have every accesory you could ever need. They also have tastings throughout the week…
Place seems to do well– must be a reason.
