Burger King

I come here pretty often and this is what I’ve learned:
The day staff are awesome. Food is ok.
If it isn’t they’ll fix it.
The evening/​night staff are the exact opposite. Horrible preparation. Terrible customer service. The food is so awful. Fries are stale. Way too much mayo on my sandwich. Rude! So mind-​numbingly slow!
I will avoid coming here in the evenings!

The manager Paul is the best person with the best customer service in the world. That new Chris guy looks pretty hot. Foods super good. Great service. Keep it up dudes.

The food is so nasty. I understand that this is fast food and all, but please burger king, this is inhumane. The food is so gross… even the soda from the fountain be tasting a little funny. I haven’t had any issues with the service, so I won’t knock them for that, but man this place is nasty. If you thinking about goin to BK, THINK AGAIN!

Oh why did I stop here — donut shop was closed and I wanted a quick breakfast. Parking lot was filthy… Ordered 3 French toast sticks for $ 1 (5 sticks are $ 3.49…, really) They were burnt and the «maple syrup» was the worst sugar sauce I’ve ever put in my mouth… won’t be back!

Food sucks

I usually prefer Burger King to McDonalds because McDonalds prices on things I liked are rising to outrageous levels and McDonalds fries are garbage compared to Burger King. Burger King fries when they’re fresh are the best in fast food! I’ve gone to this Burger King quite a few times and the service is about average. They’re not rude but they’re not extremely friendly either. And you may have to explain your order with a white board depending when you go. That being said, they did make a custom meal for me and they did it well. I also like the new soda machine.

I ordered the original chicken sandwich on Wednesday and possibly got gastroenteritis the next day. And the sandwich was plain. Not sure if this was an infected worker or improperly cooked food. This location usually has bad service and food, but I came in with a coupon. I’m going back to dining with the clown.

Worst service in a Burger King! I waited 23 minutes inside to get my food and on top of it, it was the wrong thing. I have never been here without having to wait at least 15 minutes for my food. The people working there have no communication whatsoever. Its crazy! I watched 3 families exchange food one time outside of the restaurant because their orders were wrong.

My usual faves is the Chicken Sandwich Combo with onion rings not french fries. On occasion I’ll order a Jr. Whopper and they have a good milkshake :)

The best thing about this BK is that they’re open 24hrs! I ordered a Whopper Jr. yesterday, and it seemed a lot smaller than normal. Depending on the time of night, the drive-​thru staff can sometimes be rude.

SICK!!! I ordered the number 3 because it looked pretty delicious in the picture.
WOW what a mistake!!! The patty was dry as the Nevada desert. I had to wash down every bite with a drink of soda. The bacon was like chewing on strips of a leather belt, JESUS!!! Red onions had some black on them, and no those were NOT grill marks; YIKES!!! Lettuce was depressingly limp and it was like chewing on a moist paper towel. The sauce itself literally tasted like the seasoning packet to Top Ramen, and I am NOT kidding at all. Salty as hell with a hint of beef flavoring. To top this embarrassment off, they threw a nice rubbery Kraft Single looking piece of «cheese» on that thing.
I usually come into fast food restaurants not expecting much if anything at all, but seriously… I have NEVER seen something so awful come out of one in my entire life. That was barely edible and it costed me almost ten bucks for the meal.
EDIT: In the past, I have ordered from the drive thru and when I asked the lady for some ketchup she slammed the window on me and I could hear her huff and puff as she went in the back to get me some ketchup. It’s not like I switched my entire order on her… What a joke!!!

THEIR NEW FRIES ARE THE BOMB! Fast service in the drive thru and the food is always hot!

There is not much to say about Burger King — it is a national fast food chain.
The nice thing about the Renton location is that it is open late after everything else has closed. The staff is also very friendly. They memorized my moms order, which I thought was nice of them.
Other than that, a cheeseburger is a cheeseburger.

One of the only options if you’re in this area late night. I think it was okay, but my memory is a little hazy. I didn’t get sick the next morning, so I have that going for me, which is nice. Cashier was really friendly and they didn’t screw up our order, and that’s pretty rare for a 2:20am drive-​thru order.
