Jim Silva

I came into contact with Jim through a referral and needed him to defend me with a traffic ticket. This fact alone is what surprises me about the negative experience.
After a phone conversation, I followed up with an email containing the necessary documentation. When I asked him about payment, he suggested $ 100 and that I could pay him later… which never materialized.
I had to initiate several communications with Jim to manage expectations, which ended up serving no purpose.
After the hearing, I was issued a fine and penalties by the courts. Jim didn’t do anything.
I followed up with email, texts and calls. When reached several days later, he confirmed that he would visit the courthouse and resolve this issue and get my ticket back in court.
That never happened. Now this ticket is on my record and Jim is unreachable.
Don’t hire Jim.
