Greedy, lazy and liar!!! We meet Sandra Miller at one of her listing for a builder and she said she was an agent for the buyer and be aware that the builder will take advantage of you and she will work for you. So, when me and my husband found the house and community we like we just added Sandra Miller as the agent thinking she would help us. This is not the case. All she did for this new construction home was say that it was what new construction home are and did not help us resolve any issues with the builder. All she did was show up to sign us up to get the commission for the house. She did not go to bat for us. She said that was typical of the new construction home and that we could do anything. She never told us that without an agent that the Builder would give us a 3% credit on the house. She did not work for us, she just sat on her lazy butt and collected her commission. And she was on vacation when the house closed. Her colleague See Ly was assisting us for the closing. She did more for us in the 1 week before closing then Sandra did thru the entire building process of the home. See Ly when and talked to the builder and research information for us regarding issues we were having. I would stay away from Sandra Miller she is a greedy, lazy and liar. Do not do business with her. This is why the real estate business is so bad, its people like her.

I have bought and sold four homes so I am an experienced in this area. I moved to Washinton 4.5 years ago so needed to find a new real estate agent to handle my transaction. I used Sandra Miller of the John L. Scott Renton office. Note, Sandra has been doing real estate for years; however, during a timeframe when the real estate market was strong. During economic downturns such as now, the quality professionals shine. Sandra was unethical and downright lazy. She never met any of her commitments and mislead not only me but many potential buyers. I first hired Sandra to manage not only the sale of my home but also my purchase. Although she offered me a discount, her unethical behavior motivated me to find another agent for my home purchase despite the cost to me. When I attempted to escalate this to the Renton Office Manager, Albie M., he not only did not address her behavior but supported her unethical behavior. Albie often had to consult me during the transaction since Sandra failed to do so.
I am not dis-​recommending John L. Scott but I disrecommend the Renton, WA office. To avoid frustration and financial loss, avoid John L. Scott-​Renton Office. I am disrecommending this office at my company, blogs, etc… I feel a need to protect other consumers.
