I was looking to get a haircut on short notice on a Sunday so I was having problems finding it but I called and was told I could come in. When I did I had to wait for a little because one of the ladies had to go home but I didn’t mind, she was very nice about it. I had showed her my inspiration pic and she did pretty much exactly what I wanted and offered me tips on how to make it fit me even better. Such a lovely experience. Would definitely come back.

I have been coming here for two years. Tran does a great hair cut for me. When I look back at old pictures, I think what has improved about me is my hair style… by Tran.

Recently I had my ombré Nhu-afied. Nhu, the owner is so up to trend and styles it’s refreshing. I have this rule of thumb, a smart stylist listens but an even smarter stylists gives you hair input and knowledge about her products. She worked her magic and I left happy with my cut and rose ombréd hair. 3 weeks later my rose ombré is still thriving, of course with the proper care Nhu instructed me on. She also once a month gives free cuts at work for disabled vets, homeless, seniors, and children. I’ve never seen this done before at a salon and its something nice for those to have someone to count on. Also like the only salon I know of that stays open that late.

I needed my haircut, so I stopped by here because it was on my way back home. I came in, and was greeted by Trang. I told her I wanted long layers in my hair and only a trim because I don’t want my hair short. Trang listened to me and fulfilled my request. She did a wonderful job, and I will be coming back to see her every few weeks! She does a good job at massaging my scalp when I got my hair washed too! She is not rough with my hair and is very gentle unlike a lot of hair stylists. She recommended me a deep conditioner for my bleached hair, and it works wonderful! Recommend you guys to go see Trang, give her a shot! Trang is a wonderful hairstylist and I gave her a big tip as well. She is very welcoming, and understanding!

Let me start off by saying I’ve never had my hair cut here, but this is my stepdad’s and little sister’s regular spot. We went today, and Litanne, the owner, gave my sister her first REAL haircut and dyed her tips pink(at my sister’s request, of course)! I’ve gone with them quite a few times on their trim appointments, and Litanne is AMAZING. She knows literally every person that walks through the door of her salon. She is so friendly, so funny, and makes an effort to get EVERYBODY involved in conversation. She has a television on and lets any customer take over the controller, but nobody even tries because there’s so much conversation and laughing going on. She’s legitimately one of the kindest, if not the kindest, person I’ve ever met. My little sister is 7, and has been going to her since she was a baby for her trims. Today, she got her first real cut — 12 inches, GONE. Litanne did an amazing job and you could see just how important it was to get my sister’s hair right. After the cut was done, it took another 2.5 hours to get the bleach & dying done for the pink tips. Litanne wouldn’t accept anything short of perfection for my sister. All the while, in between bleaches and dyes, she made the time to take in other customers that walked in. She’s always moving and always willing to fit people in, no matter what it means for her schedule. At the end of our three hours there, my sister and my stepdad were very happy with the way my sister’s hair turned out. She did an amazing job and even kept doubting herself — she wanted it to be BRIGHTER than it was, but my sister was ecstatic with the way it turned out. If you want somewhere that is committed to you not only aesthetically, but personally as well, this is your place.

This place gives quick and affordable haircuts. Unfortunately, they seem to have a weird idea of what short means. I wanted a fauxhawk-style cut but it felt like more off a buzz cut. After a few days my hair looked normal again, so it was all fine. It helps, for men at least, to know what you want. The staff is extremely friendly and talkative. I enjoyed sitting and chatting with my stylist. I come here for most of my haircuts and can certainly recommend it.

I would NOT recommend going to this salon if you have long hair and just want a trim. I have(or had, anyway) long hair that had choppy layers that I just wanted evened out or blended. Van, the lady that cut my hair, convinced me that I should cut more off so that I could get rid of all the damage. She ended up cutting 4 inches off. I also said that I didn’t want her to touch my bangs, but she convinced me that she would just«thin» them out, since they were so heavy and ended up losing an inch of my bangs. I’m not as upset about losing length as I am with the fact that my hair is TOTALLYUNEVEN. As I was getting a haircut, I kept pointing out to her that my left side was about 3 inches longer than my right(no joke) and she insisted that they weren’t. Co-workers confirmed that my hair was longer on one side than the other. My hair cut cost $ 17(before tip). I’ve gone to cheaper places and have had better results. I do have to say that the place was very clean and nice with friendly staff, but what good does that do when your haircut is jacked? Sorry Nhu Cuts, I will not be returning.

I had a bad hair day and wanted to get my hair shampooed and cut. The scalp massage that came with the shampoo was a wonderful treat! The stylist was very nice and did exactly what I asked for. She even gave me coloring tips when I told her I color my own hair. She didn’t try to pressure me to get my hair colored by her instead. When it came time to pay I was very surprised at how reasonable it was for a shampoo, cut and style!

WOW is what I have to say about this place! I am real particular about my HAIR and a different shop did a horrible cut – I took a chance – wandered in to Nhu Cuts one day. Good cut and reasonable prices.

This new asian hair salon is a step up from the former Supercuts that was here. Definitely from the décor, as this place seems to sport nice dark, rich hardwood floors(real or imitation, I forgot) and perhaps custom one-off workstations with whimsical curves on the left side and a straight on the right with nice finishes. A refreshing face-lift for this location. The asian gal(viet? who btw had beautiful defined cheek bones and well-rounded beauty *swoon*) did a nice job, but I when I say«short and spiky», I’d have liked it a smidgens shorter. Post-shampoo was decent, as was the scalp massage. She has room to improve which I think she’ll acquire with experience in no time. They’re also a buck or 2 or 3 more expensive than Supercuts was and other smaller asian-run hair salons. A small ding is that it was rather noisy in there for me being the lone customer at the time. I’m guessing all 5 – 10 people there were either staff and/or family-related and they were just chatting up a storm.
