Will not be back. I have had seasonal allergies my entire life. I went into the office to have all of the testing done, just so the doctor could prescribe an antihistimine. Fine. Four years later, I need a refill and they refuse to authorize the refill bc they haven’t seen me in a while. My allergies have NOT changed and I refuse to waste my time and MONEY to come in for NOTHING. My PCP will be calling in my rx, but beware of a doctor’s office that just want your money. I can understand if this were an acute issue, or if it were a narcotic, but allergy meds? They also have an «operator» at the office who hangs up, then doesn’t answer the phone when you call back immediately(I barely got two words out of my mouth before she hung up; sounds like she just doesn’t want to be there).Horrible experience.

Both my daughter and husband saw Dr. Altman recently and neither felt positive about the visit. He came across as very uninterested, impatient and rushed through the visit, trying to exit the room quickly several times while both still had questions. Although my husband had tested positive twice previously for several food and environmental allergies(although several years ago), he had no positive results this time and when asked about it the doctor gave a condescending response which gave no quality explanation as to why it change so much. All in all, it was a very disappointing visit with this particular physician and they left without any answers. We won’t be back.

Dr. Tatum is very good. She is thorough and listens really well. She didn’t push me to change things in my life that I didn’t want to that affect my asthma and she laid out a plan to help my symptoms get better. The front desk staff is very friendly & helpful.
