It’s not exactly what you would desire from a coffee shop. The woman working there was not particularly friendly and seemed frustrated at me when I had to ask again for the correct wireless password. She also had to take her headphones out. There was a big refrigerated case with nothing in it. The coffee was just okay. Also, if you are coming here to work I wouldn’t expect the wireless to be fast.

First time I went in there after driving by it for three years. I decided to stop there today because the road I take is closed and I needed a little coffee. When in looking for something sweet but sugar-free. The little Asian gal behind the counter didn’t want much to do with me. She kind of unhooked her headphones and I asked her about the sugar-free drink I wanted so she just pointed me to a sign with a list of sugar-free syrup’s. It didn’t help me figure out what drink I wanted so I ended up ordering just a drip coffee. The coffee was OK nothing amazing but good and that’s why it is two stars. To say the least I will never return. I was the only customer there and probably the only customer this seen thus far(not the best location). Why wouldn’t she care enough to give me exceptional service? Instead I got treated like I was in different. No wonder I have been going to Starbucks for years: Great service and great coffee.

Coffee is not bad. It kinda hidden in a nondescript office park with not much street signage, so keep an eye out for the sign above the door.

Well I am somewhat biased about this place because it is in the same office building I work in. I’ll tell you, its a great standby. I don’t particularly care for their drip coffee, but they have several drink specials which they run often that are very reasonably priced and taste good. Their sandwiches and snacks are a little on the high side but are worth it. They are always hand made and are very filling.

Very friendly staff and helpful — I spent the day flying for 8 hours with no sleep and she asked me questions about my order I would’ve otherwise forgotten. The coffee is very tasty and quick. The interior is cool and it’s not too warm/cold inside. I think overall if I get a chance I’ll come back. It’s good if not a little on the quiet side — which might be a bonus for some.

Suprisingly great sandwiches and very nice staff/owners. Free wi-fi was a nice surprise as well. Waited here for an hour while Fiancée got her eyes sliced for Lasik.

I got lost here on an early morning into the office… and since I was pretty sleepy, I decided to stop by for a cup of joe. For Seattle, there’s definitely MUCH better coffee places… considering there’s a coffee shop on pretty much every corner!!! But… this place stands out because it’s quaint, not a chain, and has a decently convenient location because it’s near a lot of businesses. There was only one guy working in the whole shop when I walked in(since it was at the crack of dawn), so it took a little longer than normal to receive my order because the guy had to make my sandwich, as well as brew the coffee and perform the transaction… PHEW! He was pretty nice and tried to give me directions to where I needed to go. Unfortunately, the coffee still fell really short — it was pretty watered down and although they have a sign that says they brew Tully’s Coffee, it didn’t really taste like the Tully’s I’ve had before. Also, he just took a sandwich that was sitting in the display case and threw it into the MICROWAVE to nuke it for me to eat… YIKES! Not exactly fine dining or even as good as Starbucks, who at least puts their sandwiches through toaster ovens. But since the guy was decently nice, I still give this place 2 stars — it’s definitely not horrible and the caffeine helped me get through the rest of my long traveling day!

I work in the same office park but I’m not a fan of their coffee here. The drip is always really watery and I tried to go for an Americano and it was even more watery. The 3 stars is because of the korean food specials they have. Good stuff, but the coffee quality needs a tweak.

I love that they have organic korean food. Their specials are awesome. If you like your mocha’s fairly sweet, ask for an extra pump.

Great little coffee shop, off the beaten path. They’ve got standard pastries, baked goods, and sandwiches, plus some more freshly made stuff. The day I went, they had dumplings, a soup of the day, and a few other things that I’d be happy to eat for lunch. Glad that Pazzo is near where I work.
