Perfect Finish Interiors

I called to get a simple estimate. When the gentleman answered the phone, I simply told him I found his company name and number off of one of their vehicles. I then told him my name and said I was calling with «my company» but that’s not why I’m calling. I’m calling because… then he cuts me off and says, «Don’t give me that BULLSH**, you didn’t get my number and name from my vehicle.» I actually did, I was driving down I5 and took a picture of the vehicle thinking I could call to see what his rates were. I needed to get a few rooms cleaned. I tried explaining I DID GET HIS NAME AND NUMBER FROM HIS VAN, and he hung up on me. I called him back and said, «I’m sorry, we must’ve gotten disconnected…» he then screams, «go Fu** yourself» and hangs up on me… I was horrified, appalled to say the least… Was he having a bad day? I wonder if I said something to offend him, so I call him again. When he answered, I tried telling him, «If I’ve offended you in anyway, I’d like to apologize» but instead, with his «ghetto talk» he says, «WHERE YOU AT?! WHERE YOU AT? GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS SO I CAN COME OVER THERE AND BEAT YOUR A**…» I gave him my address and told him I was looking to get some work done and he says, «I don’t want your FU**ING business…» then hangs up on me again.
Here’s where it gets even worse. Now, I get a call every 3 minutes with the screen showing «No Caller ID» and I know it’s him. He calls me every 3 minutes but doesn’t say a word, just silence…
REALLY??? What kind of business is this??? I don’t believe in «the customer is always right» but I do believe in «Have some respect for others»
I never got the name of this person, but I would LOVE to know. If he’s the owner of the company, that’s unfortunate as I support small business. If he’s not the owner, this is one employee who REALLY NEEDS to get fired…

Durant just did an AMAZING job cleaning our white carpets that we had just about given up on. After many unsatisfactory experiences with other «big» carpet cleaning businesses, we were referred to Perfect Finish by our friend and real estate agent Moose. I can’t believe this is the same carpet — it looks brand new. He got out really awful kid spill stains, brown-​grey traffic stains, and rust stains from furniture. We thought our carpet was doomed to look like awful forever, but alas– Durant to the rescue! Durant was friendly, professional, and fast. He also gave us suggestions about how to keep our furniture from causing rust stains in the future. And he told us to call him back if any deep stains wick up as the carpet dries. I will be a loyal customer forever. Thanks a million Durant!!!

A bit more expensive than big box carpet cleaners, but totally worth it! My apartment’s carpet had some gnarly stains, and it looks brand new now. I’m really impressed.
