RK’s Auto Detail

I took my Jeep Cherokee there yesterday to have the ultimate service done. My Jeep is a dog mobile (I have 3 big dogs) and it looked like that.
RK’s has moved to the Seatac area in an easy to find location. What impressed me right away was how knowledgeable Rodney, the owner, is. He knew right away what needed to be done and what needed special attention. Even though the car was filthy, he never made me feel judged or bad about the condition I let my Jeep get into. He is a professional who knows what good customer service means. I felt good about leaving my car there.
When I picked the car up I asked him if he bought me a new car because he did such a beautiful job! The car looks like a new vehicle inside and out. Rodney paid a lot of attention to the smallest details and was thorough about everything. He clearly loves what he is doing and takes a lot of pride in his work. One doesn’t see that much these days. What impressed me most is that he got the dog odor out of the car! I couldn’t believe it. When I drove home I felt like I had just come from a car dealer’s lot.
He also cleaned under the hood — again, everything looks like new. I was so happy with the condition of my car that when I got home I drove around to the neighbors to show it off :)
I will take my Jeep back there again and again — this detailing shop is the best!
