Shell Station

This is the worst run station. They tried to charge me extra for using my Shell gas card and they are a Shell station. Another time I bought a scratch off ticket from them and when it won $ 25 they told me to go somewhere else to cash it in. The absolute worst gas station in Renton. Avoid it at all cost.

Wow wish there was a «Zero» star option.
I’ve avoided this place when possible but sometimes need to stop because I forgot to gas up elsewhere and it’s close to home.
The woman who owns and or manages it seems to have take every book on customer service and purposed to do the opposite. She is rude, slow and seems angry to be disturbed. If it’s raining outside, she parks her SUV in the lane next to the door blocking 2 different gas pumps. She yells at customers and if for some reason there is a problem with the pump she acts upset if you ask for help.
Add that to the fact that she is consistently 10 to 15 cents higher than every other gas station in town and you know why I never put more than $ 5 in the tank. As I said I try to remember to fuel up elsewhere and skip this place. If I do have to stop, I put in enough to get to somewhere that appreciates its customers and prices a little more competitively.
You don’t usually see a lot of customers here, I would think given the location and the amount of street traffic around that this could be a very successful location. A good lesson in customer service and a smile could go a long way here.
