Every time I go to this store they always exceed in every single way. It all starts from management, Jeremy, Doug, and Mike. They dont treat me like a customer, but like family. I go there about twice at month and they always greet me by my name. They take their to explain how products work and always make sure I’m totally satisfied. Ever since I found this store and always order from there because they make me feel welcome. Thanks guys and I totally recommend this store to anyone. Great people, great service and great products.

Awful customer service. We called in asking for a product — chalk paint — and the guy on the phone had no idea what we were talking about. WHAT kind of person working in a paint store in 2015 does not know what chalk paint is? The distressed furniture look is insanely popular now. After «looking around» he comes back on the phone and says that the product is too specific and that we will have to look it up ourselves and immediately hung up. Aww, were you embarrassed because you had no idea what chalk paint was?
