James came out and secured the garage spring mount that had pulled loose by drilling two new holes and sinking in two longer bolts then realigned the light sensors – short and sweet fix and he was on his way within an hour. Great service, very affordable, and the opener is working like new. We are very satisfied!

They charged $ 200 to change a pair of extension springs which is too much. They said the springs cost that much — they are $ 23/​pair at Home Depot. This is a rip off outfit.
