Starbucks

Super lazy and rude barista. I ordered iced coffee with cream and sugar. The barista just handed me a cup of coffee and told me to get sugar and creamer. I had this drink for years all over the west coast and this is the first time I had to encounter this. Should had demanded money back.

2 stars for the service of the baristas. But I never realized how packed and mediocre Starbucks can be. As I came in just to finish up some school work on crunch time I was fighting for a table. On top of that my lap top needed some juice and there was only a few outlets available. I usually don’t come to Starbucks to study or do homework due to these reasons. Never coming back to this location again.

I walked in, as there is no drive thru. It wasn’t busy as it was later on a Sunday. I was a little taken back. There was only one person in front of me at the cashier. That customer was eating food and talking to the cashier. There was no sense of urgency to get to me. They talked for several minutes while it looked like she put something in her drink. The other person behind the counter, that could have done that, looked at me several times and neither addressed my presence. After some time I finally got to order my drink and got the heck out of there. Not impressed.

3 stars because it’s an average Starbucks. You’ll get exactly what your expecting.
Parking is big huge free lot.
Line: usually 5 people in front of you.
Tables are pretty full throughout the day.
This is an active busy Starbucks.
No drive thru

I’ve been sober for 2 mons and just relapsed this month, I was excited to try the order then pick up feature… WAH WAH, so I did order at 3:00, however due to my work was delayed n didn’t get out until 3:30. I called the store and TAYLOR picks up I explain my situation and ask if they can remake my drink, his reply was we will see when you get here, well getting there took 15 min, due to traffic. So I call again at 3:50 to explain this if they can make my drink, a female barista picks up, same response, when u get here… now I’m fuming b/​c only 15 more min left n I’m HANGRY… I get in and explain I’m here for p/​u was thinking of using the microwave so I didn’t have to wait, but the AWESOME barista ANGELA was there she already spilled my cold drink, n was in process of making my drink. Then Dumbledore Taylor wants to battle with her why’d you throw away her order? She replied because it was BAD, if I had superpower of extending my hand he would’ve gotten couple of face smacks. All to say now I’m back to REHAB of no Starbuck… order by phone, drive thru, and walk in: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from a GOLD member (starbucks, making Gold with my $$$)

PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) season has begun and business is booming. It’s time for sweaters, eggnogg, sugar and coffee– thank god, this summer has been non-​stop. This starbucks is busy but they have been doing really good, consistent, friendly service and the type of experience we expect. The manager is efficient and helpful, the morning ladies are the very best– fast and friendly. I’m not sure some of the younger staff understand that we (daily regulars) are escaping from our office jobs for a visit to starbucks, we aren’t in a huge hurry and have basic expectations of service and attitude. This is the kind of starbucks where all the tables are filled and there is a solid line for most of the morning.

The busiest Starbucks in the area! Friendly staff! Just be aware that at certain times this place has long lines. If you are in a hurry, you better a) go to another Starbucks or b) download the Starbucks app to order then pick up. What’s great about this location is that it’s walking distance to my office. :)

Really upset with my experience today /​: This Starbucks is usually on the decent side — nothing horrible not great. Today was on the bad side though.
Taylor was my cashier and he wasnt pleasant at all. I politely put in my order with a please and smiling face and he was snappy when he couldn’t hear me. No thank you, not smiling, and seemed irritated. Also, everyone else working seemed so bored and unenthusiastic. It was a very unpleasant atmosphere.
Now I work directly with people in retail myself, and in a high end place we’re not talking Forever 21, so I know times can be rough, but there was no reason to talk to a customer like that. Take a break or something. It was unprofessional to act like that towards a customer.
Again, this review is based off of this experience, so maybe they had a recent employee change. Usually this place is pretty decent and the waits aren’t half bad.

Two stars for decent cup of coffee.
No stars for customer service. No smiles, no friendly greetings. Felt like I was unwanted in the store because I was the only brown person in there. Probably the most rudest baristas out of all the Starbucks Coffee Houses I’ve been to in my life.

When I asked her, the barista who rung me up told me she was tired. A refreshing dose of honesty in such a passive aggressive region! She was also super funny and friendly — in a genuine way, unlike the annoyingly chipper folks in the rest of the industry. We chatted in a way you’d expect in a small town.
They didn’t have decaf brewed coffee so they switched me to an Americano — but for the same price (a discount).
Among its many other virtues, they’ve got Google Wi-​Fi. What a relief from the old AT+T, which you couldn’t even count on to work! I speed tested it and it’s as fast as residential broadband — 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

i stopped by to crab a coffee and i was very displeased with my service. the burista who had made my coffee was rude and unprofessional. She threw my cup at the counter and she did not even bother to call my name when it was ready. this lady lack customer service.

Blah, girls who work here are trashy and the building is full of homeless people. Beware, this is not a quality Starbucks.

OMG! Sigh… I almost feel like I might need to start supporting local small coffee shops again! Everytime I start doing the Starbucks thing and get all hooked, they always disappoint.
This location was horrible:(We walked in and the line was long but not long to the point that I thought it would take 10 minutes just to order! UGH! The ladies were friendly enough but no hussle, they worked pretty slow to be honest. The shop was full of customers sitting and the line was out the door by the time I got my drink. All in all it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink and it wasn’t all that…

im used to going to the one on the other corner where Arby’s used to be. but decided to come to this one today. I can say that they have faster internet and it’s a bit more quiet but the annoying this is that they’re directly faced towards the sun so it’s pretty bright. i guess if you like that you can come here but it’s not great when you’re using a laptop. I would like to come here once in a while. overall, it did not disappoint.

Do not order your corporate or business coffee from here. They make you wait in a long ass line with all the people ordering their ridiculously long coffee orders even though yours is literally just a giant to go box they had ready. I called the day before and just expected to pay and leave, not wait in line with all the triple grande extra foam Starbucks cult followers. Would be a zero if I could.

I wish there was a drive-​through!

I’ve been coming to this location for years. It’s not so much a destination Sbux, like some of the others I go to, but I still end up shopping in the surrounding area enough that I still make it here often enough.
I also like reading about their partner of the month. Way to keep it personal and to recognize your team!

I had a meeting at the Lazy B and needed to grab a latte for the drive back to the office in Redmond. Plus I needed to use the bathroom. This place was packed at 10:30 in the morning. I ordered my usual grande nonfat latte and the result was a mocha, unless I picked up someone’s drink, which has happened. I don’t mind mochas on occasion and viewed it as a special treat. Several years ago, I had some project work here at this shopping center. There’s an Uwajimaya where once was a Thriftway. The center itself is a little spiffier. And the Starbucks does a great business. No complaints. Relieved, I drove on to Redmond.

I’m actually sitting in this Starbucks as I write this review!
This is my first time at this location and I love it! It’s a pretty big location so there’s room for me to comfortably sit even though it’s busy. Lot’s of tables, chairs, and those comfy lounging ones. Free wi-​fi, as with all Starbucks, but it’s FAST! I uploaded a 6 min youtube video in 2 minutes here. It would normally take me like a half hour at home!
The workers here are soo nice and friendly! One of the guys is really funny too. They make the drinks fast and are really enthusiastic about it.
It’s clean, with a nice ambiance. I don’t mind driving out here to come to this location again.

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area, mostly because they have a great team.
Though lines are long most mornings, it moves pretty quickly.
I always enjoy my coffee here, they are very consistent in flavor, quality, and temperature.
The staff and management are one of the best, always cordial, and try very hard to please all customers regulars or not.
Plenty of seating inside and some out, wifi is slow but works 99% of the time, the music is pleasant, and it’s bright inside with large panoramic windows.
It is always busy and that is a good thing, everyone likes coming here for business or pleasure. Superb meeting place for groups, with plenty of parking space too.
