Gave me not throughly cooked meat for my pastrami cheese sandwich and didn’t toast it enough. And when I’ve ordered salads they seem dumbfounded. However convenient location and fast at getting ready

I have never given a rating this low and so I think it really needs to be explained why. I have been to this Subway once before– a little over a year ago and the experience with customer service is always so exhausting and frustrating. Both times! You ask for not toasted, it gets toasted. Black pepper– you get green peppers. They have no idea what they offer on their own menu– I was told I had to pay extra for a bag for my child’s meal, ended up overcharged and not even given everything that should have come with the meal. Proof that you always know the menu… just in cast the staff don’t. On top of it all, they are pretty rude and that is the worst part. It almost felt surreal how bad the service was– like you were in some television show. I just wanted to order a sandwich and leave… and I left so thoroughly annoyed. This Subway has a terrible reputation from others who have gone there. I have learned my lesson! The food is fine– its edible, tastes like Subway, the food is not an issue. However, if you decide to go here, you must be starving and have the patience of Buddha. I know after this second experience that I will never come back here, its just not for me.

This subway is connected to a chevron /brown bear. Quick service. Fairly busy at lunch time but still quick. Decently made sandwiches. Honestly… Its subway, what can you really expect? This place is just fine though. NOthing wrong with this place. I paid extra for a sandwich instead of getting the special. There 8 – 10 $ sandwiches are not worth it at all… Just stick to the specials or anything under 6 – 7 $. You get the same amount of food. I would come back in i needed something to eat… and wanted to get gas at the same time…

This is the only Subway that I know that has a DRIVE-THROUGH. Yes, you heard me right! As a mom with two children in the back, I hate to unpack them in a car to get a sandwich; but, I don’t need to do that coming here. The first time feels a bit funny, but it becomes convenience all the way. And, yes, Subway can be healthy! Just don’t pack too much mayo, etc. in the sandwiches. Literally, I“ve lost 17 pounds in 6 months. Just a thought.

Went for lunch today, service was good and generally everything was fine. It was the peak of lunch and rather then clean the tables and eating area, the staff preferred to chat when they got a moment’s break– it’s disappointing to have to clean your own table before you sit down :(

Quick, friendly service and conveniently located near my work — it can be said that it’s just a subway but honestly, there are days when nothing could be better. I finally tried one of their eggwhite breakfast sandwiches and while it isn’t gourmet, I did enjoy it.

I really enjoy the staff and their product. Normally I am really picky about my sandwiches, having worked at Subway before, but the staff here know how to make a sandwich the way I like it. I will keep coming here, and hope they keep the staff. :)

Combined with a gas station, this is one of the only drive-thru Subway shops out there. Note: the gas here is typically quite a bit more expensive than the station across the street. Service is OK. Prices are OK, especially if you go for an item from the $ 5 foot-long menu. Still ends up being about a $ 7 lunch if you go for the combo with a bag of chips and a soda. Flavor is so-so. I’ll probably be back at some point, but it’s rare I get a craving for a sandwich when it’s so easy to make one at home.
