Washington Property Insepction

I am a first time home buyer, so all this stuff was very new and scary to me. My realtor suggest Ron Guthrie from Washington Property Inspection and quoted me about $ 250 to inspect my condo.
The appointment was at 2:30 when I got there at 3:30 everything was already done. The report was filled out with notes and everything. He walked me through my place and showed me everything he inspected and what he recommended to fix certain things (all were minor). He made me feel very comfortable and confident that he knew what he was talking about and that he did a thorough job.
After everything was done he gave me an option of having a formal report typed out with photos for $ 250 or just give me the written report he filled out for $ 175. I took the second option since there no big damages that needed photos and it wasn’t important to me for him to type everything out. The booklet he used had all the information with notes and comments.
I recommend Ron to anyone going through a home inspection. He is thorough, professional, and experienced!
