This little café is off the beaten path of Highway 60 in Republic; I had no idea this place existed until today(09.15.15) & I am so thankful I had the opportunity to eat here. I ordered off the specials menu which are written on a chalkboard when you walk in. Place your order at the counter & sit back, relax & wait for your food to be prepared & served. I had the Thai Peanut Satay wrap which was super good! It comes in a spinach tortilla w/lettuce, carrots, shredded chicken & of course, the secret peanut sauce:) Kim was our waitress & she’s a wonderful, sweet person w/a great bubbly personality! I hope this café sticks around b/c I’m tired of the same-ol-same-ol restaurants in Republic. Jennifer is the owner & she has a great thing going here if we could just get the word out where this café is located. I definitely recommend eating here. I gave 4 Stars b/c it’s hard to find & needs some advertising BUT that’s where we the people come in, sooooo please come eat here & share your experience too! I’m not on Facebook, otherwise I’d comment on their wall as well. Thanks for a healthier lunch option today Jennifer;) BTW, my Salted Caramel iced latte w/almond milk was delish!!! Hope to see you again soon:)

This place is amazing! Coffee is out of this world! Food and pastries are amazing! I highly recommend the Italian nachos served as a special on Thursdays or the chicken Alfredo panini! Cinnamon rolls, banana pudding and salted caramel butter bars are a must! They make brick oven pizzas in the evenings! They have a drive-thru for coffee and pastries! Nice cozy place with excellent made-from-scratch food!
