I usually don’t post bad reviews but seriously this 7⁄11 location is very disappointed ATALL!!! Thursday morning(02÷17÷16) As I walk-in a lady is making a complaint to the guy(cashier/employee) saying that for about almost A MONTH she’s been telling them to clean the soda machine and specially right where the ice machine is located.(there is mold) And seriously the problem is not just there! Is pretty much overall!!! Floor is always dirty, there’s no large cups for iced coffee, and right under the chips by the counter is very dirty! They should do something about how these guys manage the store, service is alright, but if they don’t cleaning people will get sick, specially kids. All it takes is some HOTWATERANDDETERGENT!!!

No real half and half for coffee, I asked when the machine will be fixed and he laughed and said probably never. I won’t be getting my daily morning coffee from here anymore.

The older guy with the very heavy accent on the bluetooth is a rude jerk! I would go there because it is conveniently located, but after my last experience with this a-hole, I would rather drive out of my way to go elsewhere. He is impatient with customers, but customers can just wait for him to be ready to «help» you. He is often on the phone, speaking in a foreign language. When it is your turn to be «helped» you don’t get a greeting, a smile or any sort of acknowledgement. I would love to complain to a manager or owner, but the jerk seems to be there at all hours of the day/night. These places RELY on customers to patronize their stores, so why would you hire someone with NOCUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS? There’s a 7eleven on every corner, so I’d suggest you drive by THIS one and go to the next!
