AAA sent me to Auto Stiegler after an accident. They were great about doing a timely and excellent repair and honest about pricing. Would definitely recommend and, if I have to, will use again.

I have unfortunately had some experience with body shops and in my 30 years of driving (don’t worry, not all my fault!). Auto Stiegler’s workmanship is the best I have seen. The paint work is factory quality and they will address any issues you have to make you happy. When I have been to other body shops I could always find fault with their paint work and it would be a fight to get them to do it right. I never left satisfied. Auto Stiegler makes me feel like they truly want me to be happy with their work — which is smart because I have since referred two others to their shop. I originally went to them because they are a preferred shop for USAA insurance and USAA guarantees the work. That should tell you something. Give them a call. They will absolutely earn your business.

The team at Auto Stiegler was very professional I was treated very well. My repair was done ON TIME and with outstanding workmanship. A particular shout out to a young man named Omid for his exceptional courtesy and assistance!

They really and truly go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I appreciate their efforts to improve their service and their communications. I will go back to them anytime if there is any repair needs to be done.

Auto Stiegler is the place to go if you ever are in need of car repairs or body work. They repaired my 2005 Acura TL after an accident and the car came back like new. These guys are kind, courteous, HONEST and above all do awesome work. If you are looking for a body shop don’t look any further, call these guys you won’t be disappointed.

This is the place to get your car repaired! Look nowhere else. The repairs on my car looked better than I did before the accident. Roxanne the front office representative is so nice and wish other dealerships had her customer service of excellence. I am active-​duty military and they really took care of me unlike any other dealer I’ve been to. They are very fair in their pricing even though I’m fully insured.

I’ve taken my car here several times and it’s always a great experience. They keep you informed throughout the process with update calls. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready. I love these guys. They take serious care of your car. They matched my cars paint with actual Mercedes authorized paint. They are no joke. They offer lifetime warranties and gaurentee their work. I take all 4 of my cars here.

I have been to three different auto repair shops with the eight months. Stirgler is literally amazing and by far the best, most impressive, professional shop. They have outstanding customer service and go above and beyond. They also have great communication skills. I just sent a thank you letter (I have never sent to a corporation) because service like theirs is so rare now a’ days.

They were fantastic and thorough. Brought my 4Runner in after an accident for body repair and it looks like a brand new car. Amazing job and great service.

Auto Stiegler is much better than your typical service department at a car dealership.
My experience with Infiniti for instance, is that they want to maximize cost for their customers to drive up their revenue. Auto Stiegler has quality mechanics and business ethics that probably trickles from the top down. It’s reassuring to have a trustworthy mechanic. I initially switched to Auto Stiegler after saving hundreds of dollars on a brake pad/​rotor replacement job first and then they fixed an electrical issue for $ 3 that Infiniti wanted over $ 400 for.
For out of warranty maintenance bring your car here. Or go get jacked by some upselling service supervisor, who used to work for Cadillac and just got hired to boost revenue. Just do your research, at this point Unilocal is pretty reliable.

I took my Prius here for a regular service & tire rotation… and I will never go back to the dealer. The service was great, the waiting room was clean, and even though my car has over 100,000 miles, they didn’t magically find anything wrong with it like I’d imagine other places I’d taken it to would have. I got a quote over the phone before I brought it in and ended up paying less than the quote.
Really honest place, I’d go there again and recommend you do the same.

.I have been dealing with Auto Stiegler for about 2 years. They are thorough, efficient and fast. The employees are exceptional. One of the employees, Rudy is a very affable and caring person. The manager, John Stiegler is a great guy. He is also very friendly and warm to his customers. I highly rate this establishment 5 stars. Their prices are fair and they generally do very good work.

Most companies will try to buy off your negative reviews with discounts, coupons or straight cash. Stiegler however did it differently. They have more than earned their way back to a 4 star rating by taking my wifes car back, providing a rental car, re-​doing some of the body work and restoring the front and back bumper damage to like new condition. In addition, as a sorry and a thank you, they detailed the inside including removing the many stains my daughter has accumulated.
The re-​done work is both tight and clean, looks like I would expect it to.
It’s now obvious Stiegler knows what they are doing as far as professional body work goes AND showed over the top eagerness to correct the situation. Excellent customer service.
My wife is happy, now I am happy. You know what I mean? Thanks Stiegler!

update for Auto Stiegler. I got hit again! Some guy blasted through a red light and broadsided me. Thank god I was driving a Mercedes. The curse of driving in LA amongst others who are completely on autopiiot and not paying attention while on the road. Back to my review —
Once again, cannot say enough good things about Auto Stiegler. The whole team bends over backwards to take care of you and your car. Avo, Rudy and the rest are top of the line/can’t be beat/you’re crazy if you go anywhere else good. Avo is in a league of his own with regard to the care and customer service given.
Driving in Los Angeles is the last frontier/​ultimate test for my zenness!!!

Someone in Pacoima backed up into my Mercedes CLK320 driver side door while I was shopping inside a 7-​Eleven. This review is based on AAA Insurance paying for the damage, which may make a difference to some.
Johnnie Stiegler and Co. took care of me from A to Z. The damage and ONLY the damage was taken care of to full satisfaction. Honest Mechanic shops are hard to come by these days! I strongly recommend Auto Stiegler Mercedes for any Body Work. Send regards from Lt. Pallin when retaining Auto Stiegler.
Upon dropping of my Vehicle, Auto Stiegler co-​ordinated a pick up from a rental company right across the street, and did the same upon pickup.

I’ve had accidents in the past, both times weren’t my fault FYI, and both auto body places were good as far as their work, but their service was just okay. They weren’t overly friendly or accommodating.
Stiegler is different. Everyone smiles, says hello, everyone is courteous and keeps you in the loop by calling you at every important moment of the process, and their work is great.
I am beyond satisfied with their work and service and I will be referring anyone in need of body work to them.
Also I met the owner twice and he’s such a nice guy and gives all his customers hand shakes and thanks them for their service. That is just icing on my very satisfied customer cake.
By the way they shampooed my car rugs. Sweet!

Great people over at this shop. They service high end luxury cars and even simple cars like my civic I had. I never have to worry about any work being done on my civic or Audi. Because they back their work 100%. They always tell me that if anything seems off or if i ever need them to look at it, to always give them a call.
There’s been a time that I needed new brakes desperately and just didn’t have the time to bring it to the shop. So they were able to have someone come and pick it up for me! They were so quick with the service that I was able to pick up my car after work on the SAME DAY!
