Update: we had a pull in our carpet (dogs will do that!) and not only did Joe respond immediately with advice and the offer of a walk through (apparently Berber is very easy to repair in a few minutes at home!) but he had spare carpet pieces in the mail to me that day which arrived the next.
So I can say that not only did we receive fantastic service at install but this company followed through and continued to provide great service after the fact.

Literally, as good as it gets. I have never received more attentive service. These people are amazing. I am so glad we found them. Highly trustworthy and did a beyond beautiful job. I dealt with 5 different people at this company and they all went above and beyond. I will always recommend Carpet City Flooring as the one and only place to go!
