From upper management Kevin, to site manager kevin, and rep. Tony and two others I can’t recall there names provided me with exceptional customer service, all went out of there way to provide with excellent customer service with out being pushy… I will recommend this enterprise to everyone.

I enjoyed working with everyone at this location. They were professional and kind and have a lot of cars to choose from. The four I recommend you speak with are Tony, Chris, Julia and Raith. I had an Insurance claim with AAA and Tony called me right away to reserve a car for me. Chris helped me walk around the car and to make sure I was comfortable with all the features of the rental and I had the pleasure of speaking with Julia and Raith to follow up with me on my experience. If you choose your rental at Enterprise– (specifically at this location), you will have a stress-​free and an enjoyable experience.

They are thugs here I car accident and my insurance covers my rental but I have to put the down payment of $ 300 and they would reimburse me when I had to go in to return the car I expected my money back and they said I don’t get my money back that’s what the contract said but I spoke to my insurance and they said that they have to pay me back now we’re doing a3 way call with them they were speechless they said they will make a claim but nothing has been resolved yet its been 2 weeks

We live in Woodland Hills and have to pass at least 4 other Enterprise locations to get to this one. It is a long ways but we know we will get the car we want at the time we want it. The staff is always helpful I like this because I am not there to hang around and wait. I want the car I have order and I want to get in and out fast.

Mgr. Kevin and Julia and Raith helped me and my family tremendously in terms of good pricing, precise reservations, kind of car and attention to our needs that’s most important. That is why we keep on coming back to this branch and and I will recommend this branch to all my friends and officemates … and I have a lot of those in this area!

Made an account just to make a review about this place. I would not recommend at all, unless you are truly desperate. I was in a car accident so had to rent a car to get to work. The gas was next to empty when I received it and it smelled horrible the whole time. The fact that they did not check for these things seems extremely unprofessional. I was also charged over $ 500 for insurance I specifically asked not to get. The people who work there are sales people and try to tack on anything to get you to pay more money. They did nothing to waive the fees or even try to help. It was a horrible decision to even go here. I will not be renting from this company again.

Jamie the manager was so awesome I got to drove the 2015 miata for 2 weeks and it waz a great experience they are local and very friendly see u guys next hopefully not to soon Thanks !!

Enterprise is the BEST. You absolutely CANNOT get a better rate ANYWHERE else. Im 23 and I only rent from Enterprise because they don’t screw me for being «under age». You the real MVP! Always great customer service and very friendly. Can’t wait for my trip to Vegas in a cute little Hyundai. I love you Enterprise. You make my heart smile.

This was a good experience. They picked me up from the body shop and had me in a car in less than 30 minutes. The office personnel as well as the drivers who drove me to and from the body shop were nice and friendly. The car I rented was in top condition. What else can you ask for? hey get 5 stars!

My wife and I had the best experience dealing with Diego, Tevis and Nestor.
They were so pleasant and easy going. We loved doing business there. We received a accurate and fair price for our trade in. Our interest rate was in accordance with our credit rating. We gave this crew a 5 star rating because they truly deserve it.

This particular Enterprise is awesome. The customer service is great and we always seem to come when there’s not really a line! I like the fact that they pick u up too.

I enjoyed the great price with many options they offered me. The employees were exceptionally polite and well mannered. They were all professions and respectful.

Horrible personnel, the guy charged me almost $ 400 and also they charged my body shop the same price. Thieves are working here. First they added a day but since my body shop was paying I didn’t care but double charging is extremely unethical. My worst rent a car experience. The guy refused giving me a receipt.

So I had to rent a car while my car was in the shop. Is had a pretty painless experience until it was time to have them drop me off to pick up my vehicle. The enterprise guy drove me to the body shop and was hesitant about helping me remove my items from the car to transfer them to my car. After he saw me carrying my baby’s car seat, my work items and the employees of the body shop volunteering to help then he grabbed something to carry. How about show some initiative, dude? Meh, 3 stars.

i hate car rental places because i usually feel like i’m being ignored and shrugged off. however, i totally love this specific enterprise! every single staff member is so warm and funny. they are really accommodating and make sure that your needs are met. i would highly recommend going to them!

Being in the military I have had many experiences at auto rental places. Let me tell you this enterprise are by far the most professional and down to earth folks you can meet. The guy at the front was flawless very helpful with all your questions and Ali was absolutely amazing giving me 411 on the vehicle. Thanks guys keep up the good work!!!

Here’s a quick tip. Call the local office and save. The Corolla I rented was 34.99/day when I called the local office. Had I reserved online or through the 800 number, it would have been 42.99/day.
For the most part they were great; when I called from the repair shop, it took them about 5 minutes to get there and give me a ride’ and when I dropped the car off I got the ride home without having to wait.
The staff was friendly and didn’t continue to try to upsell me the added coverage after I declined.
There were 2 minor downsides though, that kept them from getting the 5^th star. The only two cars in my class were both filthy. I chose one and had to wait about 10 minutes for the wash. They did do a nice job cleaning it; but that should have been done before I got there.
Also, the gas gauge was just about on the E when I drove off. I made it less than a mile before the warning light went on. While I know what the margin for error is in my car; I didn’t in their car, so I had to stop and buy gas right then and there, rather than at my convenience.
I don’t mind replacing the gasoline I used; but it is tough knowing how much gas to buy in anticipation of what I will be using in the next day or two (or however long it will be until I get my car back). I wound up donating a couple of gallons ot the next customer.
